Very nice hotel.

It was clean with many amenities. However, the breakfast that was offered was not good. There was no variety for people that eat healthy. I had to eat my own breakfast everyday because I didn’t care for the choices. The best part of the breakfast was the coffee. The housekeeping only made my bedding one day out of five. The garbage was piling up. They didn’t come when I wanted them to come. Disappointing experience

I stayed here with my family for one night. Checking in was quick, the woman who checked us in was friendly and courteous. We had a room with 2 queens it was very spacious and super clean. Only compliant was that our phone didn't work but we didn't really need it so wasn't that big of a deal. The free breakfast was perfect. Kids got what they wanted and everyone was happy.

Very comfortable clean beds. Front desk staff - younger woman rude & inpatient and older woman very polite and knowledgeable. Needs maintenance. Elevator stopped working. Bathroom Tub very slow to drain. 5th floor room had musty odor. But excellent pricing and good value compared to peers. Overall good. Would stay again.

My stay at this location was absolutely great! Everything and I mean everything was just great, room was clean, bed and pillows were comfy, pool area was nice, and the staff was amazing form check-in to check-out. Thanks to Ms. Cheryl at the front desk and Ms. Wanda for being so delightful. Hospitality goes a long way and this locations employees Hospitality was at 100% Thanks to all the employees for such warm smiles and laughs.

My husband and I were in Harrisburg for a car auction at the Pennsylvania Farm and Horse complex. Hotel was conveniently close to the highway, to the complex, and to many dining options. Check-in was fast and the girl who checked us in, had the information we needed to know about our stay and the property committed to memory...Toni, the breakfast attendant, had a smile for all that lit up the lobby/breakfast area. Coffee was very good, but food options were limited...so grateful Toni kept the cinnamon rolls stocked! Found it odd though, that the TV in the lobby area could not be changed from CNN..at least the volume was low. Bed was very comfortable. Overall was a positive experience and would not hesitate to stay there again when visiting the Harrisburg area.

Front desk staff was almost never at the front desk. Both mornings we were there they ran out of food. Elevator was just barely working more than the front desk staff. All that said, it was clean and the other staff were friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately we had a brutal stay as we were sharing the hotel with a team booking on the night of July 7. I understand kids have to let off steam, but as it was I was travelling with a young child myself, and we had to leave at 6am. Between 9pm and midnight we were woken 3 times by kids knocking loudly on our door and then dashing. When I finally called the front desk at 11:20pm to complain about noise, I was told there was nothing they could do. They claimed that the teams sign a contract and can be kicked out only if they catch them in the act. So essentially, on the offchance that somebody from management was standing close to my door and witnessed a kid knocking and dashing, would they then do something. One would think that they could hold the individual responsible for the group booking responsible for their guests behaviour? Perhaps they could look at their security footage as it happened 1 minute prior to my call and they have video? But no -they crave the team $$ and poor customers who only booked 1 room be damned. I will be cancelling my IHG rewards and never staying at an IHG property again.
