睿爾帕蕾思酒店(Real Palace)

Quando siamo entrati nella stanza c’era un cattivo odore i letti erano fatti ma mi sono accorta che le lenzuola erano sporche e poi c’erano patatine sotto il letto. Mi sono fatta cambiare le lenzuola. Poi ho visto che anche il bagno non era pulito. Il proprietario ha detto che le pulizie le avrebbe fatte fare il giorno dopo ma abbiamo chiesto che ce le facessero subito e con calma le hanno fatte. Il bagno è molto piccolo con una doccia con tenda corta quindi quando la usi si bagno tutto. Non c’è il sapone e il phon va chiesto. La porta della stanza è in vetro quindi entra la luce delle lampade del corridoio. L’albergo è frequentato da giovani chiassosi quindi di notte non si riposa bene. La colazione è scarsissima solo pancarrè e marmellata per i cibi dolci e anche per i cibi salati non c’è una gran scelta. Latte freddo e caffè in polvere. Il personale non è accogliente

Appartamenti e struttura molto bella ed accogliente. La piscina è stupenda, mettono a disposizione materassini, amache e lettini. C'è un bar che fornisce colazione, pranzo e cena ottimo come qualità. L'unica cosa che lascia a desiderare è la pulizia perché non vengono tutti i giorni.

Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny! Cena przed sezonem bezkonkurencyjna. Bardzo mili właściciele, cicha okolica - świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania wschodniej części Krety. Jedyny minus za brak sprzątania pokoju podczas 5 nocy pobytu i ubogie wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego, jednak duży plus za ogólną czystość całego hotelu

Hôtel de rêve et personnel très professionnel et adorable, nous rêvons d'y retourner.

Located in old town Malia, although quiet area is great for families, couples and singles. The staff are very friendly, made us feel very welcome. Super markets close by also a 5 minutes walk from Happy Days apartments. I would highly recommend and I will definitely book again. Keep up the good work to all staff at Real Palace.

My time at Real palace was great Clean room and unbelievable view from my balcony There is also a free parking and great staff all of them were really helpful The food was really nice as well and cheap as well

Real palace is definitely a five stars hotel Our holidays was great The staff members were excellent The owner was really helpful and the location is great near old town and potamos beach as well

Overall the hotel and staff are nice! Food vile Cats all over kitchen side, Cats wrapped around your feet whilst trying to eat, biting and scratching them selfs at your feet doesn’t isn’t nice! The prices are a bit steep to not be able to eat due to cats. Each cat is pregnant so u can only imagine what it’s going to be like in a few weeks when the kittens have been born and roaming around. Not happy with the holiday, been coming here for the last 4 years. And my god it’s gone down hill. I will never bring any friends or family here again,
