I was very dissatisfied, I stay here quite a bit, but this stay left my Apple watch charging in the bathroo Area when I called iwadpuy on hold got disconnected. Then finally the maids said they you nothing? Bull I will never stay there again

This hotel was in pretty good condition. However, my room had two windows that the roll up window shades did not work to cover the window. I did not complain (as I should) and had to live with all kinds of outside lights coming into the room all night. Their roll-up shades only covered about 1/3 of each window and did not go up or down.

The couch was worn out and extremely dirty.
The pillows on the beds were decorative pillows short and square something for a couch, and they were worn out. The headboard was dirty. Went home to get our own sheets blanket’s. The front counter gave us two long pillows

Jennifer at the front desk was very helpful. All the staff very friendly. Great location, walk to Walmart, and restaurants. Good breakfast options.
Comfortable clean beds.

I’ve stayed at many different Hawthorne Suites locations and this one was right up there. The room was awesome, the building was peaceful and the complementary breakfast was good!

It was nice. The desk people were great. We arrived late at night and missed breakfast. I was upset cause I was very hungry. No your fault though. We had a great stay.
