鳥湖別墅(Villa Birdlake)

21-03-23 I walked out of this property so sadly because I wanted to stay longer and longer. Here you can get lunges full of pure breath, full of sweet bird noise & cozy stay + delicious Sri Lankan food who made a village lady is beyond 5 star chef skills. The reception was very warm and they quickly made our checkin and lunch. The bedroom was cosy and beautiful with a beautiful interior. And most of the time we have spent near the lake that is so peaceful. The Owner Mr.Perera was very pleasant and helpful to much of the care. Other stuff like super friendly. Specifically Sadaruwan helped us a lot. I wanted to try some shrimp curry and witch is not on the FB menu. But. they made it for us. Super delicious 🤤 It’s a must try, stay you won’t regret. 100% recommended ✌

Beautiful Rustic looking luxury Villa Birdlake is a hidden gem situated on Baddegama Road, Punchi Pathana, Maragaha Hena, 2km away from Hikkaduwa town in the midst of fauna and flora overlooking the Hikkaduwa lake with a breathtaking panoramic view. As we entered the tastefully designed dwelling we were embraced with warmth & smiles by the owner and the staff making us feel very comfortable. This magical place offers a full package to make your stay memorable. Tastefully done spacious luxury rooms with all amenities found to perfection that opens the doors upto a stunning view of the lake much obliging very friendly staff that accommodates to all your needs. The garden and walkways were beautifully landscaped leading to the swimming pool overlooking the lake, amidst the singing sounds of birds. Absolutely delicious meals. The owner will meet any food requirements without any hesitation. Thanks to the hospitable down to earth owner and his friendly staff, we had such a memorable stay at the villa reserved for ourselves enjoying the serenity, scrumptious food Singing dancing, playing games making some noise too with our wonderful merry making group of friends. Villa Birdlake is a unique spectacular place to visit where one could enjoy the serenity, warmth & peace. Truly a wonderful experience. Absolutely sure we shall visit again.

A beautiful, private villa where you can enjoy with your family away from the busy life. Food was super good. Can give five stars (out of five) for cleanliness, safety and customer service. Very friendly and supportive staff! Perfect place for nature lovers. It was indeed a great stay!

This place was amazing. Starting from the view, the decorations for the honeymoon suite, and how cosy and comfortable the room was, the food, and how they treat their guests. It was a wonderful and nice place to visit with your family. We were so happy and glad to spend a day there. As soon as we stepped in to our room, our first thought was "wow". The gardens are so peaceful and beautiful. The pool is a great temperature and very clean. The hosts made us feel at home and organised a scooter and taxis. We will be back soon. Thank you very much.

Stayed here for 3 nights in June and thoroughly enjoyed the peace & tranquillity. Staff were very welcoming, professional & helpful Fabulous gardens and swimming pool overlooking Hikkaduwa Lake Well appointed rooms with lake views Thank you to the owners for their overwhelming hospitality and making our stay such an enjoyable one especially at a time when Sri Lanka is undergoing incredibly difficult times.

I can recommend this villa and write about it in everything perfect, absolute peace for relaxation, clean, staff helpful, there is nothing to complain about just that in the morning you wake up to the singing of birds or running around the animals on the roof. In short, you are in nature. You can reach the sea by scooter in 5 minutes. But the peace is priceless here.

Расположение:вилла расположена в джунглях,где-то в 7ми минутах от пляжа на тук-туке ,в целом не напрягало,ездили в четвером и ещё коляску получалось умещать. Территория отеля не большая,но оооочеень красивая ,зелень разнообразная,очень много разновидностей растений,цветов,ухоженная ,тщательно следят за чистотой ,много разных вазочек статуеток,аксессуаров, которые радуют глаз и создают уютную атмосферу.Один раз видели обезьян,говорят они каждый день в 5 вечера там бывают,но на землю не спускаются,тусуются на деревьях,кидали им бананы))) Пение птиц-это отдельный концерт).Тишина по ночам,что для нас было важно,т.к у нас маленький ребёнок.спокойствие и умиротворение. Управляющий очень оперативно реагировал на любые наши пожелания и просьбы,персонал так же очень порядочный,внимательный,не приходилось по нескольку раз напоминать о себе,всё очень приятно и радушно. Спасибо отдельное Сандарувану,всегда был готов помочь и словом и делом. Да и все сотрудники отеля были очень приветливы,улыбались и готовы помочь. Провожали нас как родственников) Номер у нас был семейный 2 комнаты,2 санузла,кухня полноценная с газ.плитой,и веранда просторная!кухня была кстати,я готовила для малышки,и очень часто покупали креветки ,варили сами. Просторно,удобно,чисто,уборка регулярная,смена белья так же регулярно. В дальнейшем мы переехали в Хиккатранс,т.к хотели пожить на берегу океана,и очень пожалели, в номере шумно из-за системы вентиляции,т.к вблизи океана очень сильная влажность,первую ночь казалось что спим в турбине самолета,но потом немного попривыкли)и сам номер не такой просторный,но зато вид на океан и закаты) Очень благодарны всем сотрудникам виллы ,обязательно всем советуем  остановиться именно там,и сами планируем на следующей год вернуться.
