帕克裏奇萬豪酒店(Marriott Park Ridge)

L'établissement est assez joli mais mal entretenu. La salle de bain de la chambre était sale, nous avons du changer de chambre. La deuxième chambre était un peu plus propre....la propreté laisse à désirer. Nous avons vu un rat à côté de la salle de jeu située à l'extérieur. Les personnes de la réception ne sont pas très souriants. En revanche, le personnel du restaurant (pub et restaurant) sont très sympathiques. L'hôtel est très bien situé, dans un lieu très calme

Excellent environnement boise et tranquille mais il manque des bornes de recharge vehicules electriques. Il faudra s’y mettre car il y avait plusieurs vehicules electriques parmi leurs clients.

It is a lovely hotel but the people at the front desk were not very accommodating. No water was offered to me until I persuaded the attendant to look up my Bon Voy number. No coffee was available in the room or desk. I asked and was shouted at that I could by it behind the desk.

After a death in the family, we wanted to decompress for the weekend. We chose this hotel, because the website and ******* says there’s a pool, jacuzzi, room service, and a main restaurant. After we checked-in, we were told that there’s no room service & that the main dining room is only for breakfast. The next morning we went to use the jacuzzi, but it was out of service with police tape wrapped all around it. The pool was extremely worn. Moe, at the front desk never told us that the jacuzzi was out of order when we checked-in- even after I mentioned that I couldn’t wait to use it. When we expressed our disappointment with the false advertising, Moe snickered and said, “Tell ya what I’ll do. I’ll take off $20.” I then went to Letia (sp?) the manager who was very understanding and allowed us to check-out without penalty. Between the false advertising and Moe’s sarcastic unprofessional behavior, we had a horrible time. I feel we should get our money back for the first night, because everything we came to the hotel for was not there, because it was us being falsely advertised.

I had a king room reserved and Marriott said they don’t guarantee king reservations to ********** customers! I want a refund!

Our co/smoke detector went off at 5 am, but it was only our room. I went to the front deck, not apologetic at all, but sent somebody. 13 mins later, a guy shows up and takes it off the wall and leaves us with nothing. Nobody checked anything. Scary and frightening.

Was not thrilled with this place. The staff at the front desk were very nice and accommodating. Our room was dirty! Popcorn on the floor and wrappers under the bed. Toothpaste in the sink and the toilet seat literally had dried urine on it. Obviously the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. Disgusting! We asked for new sheets because we didn’t trust that those were changed after seeing the room. They brought it to us but wouldn’t change them because housekeeping wasn’t there at the time. Also booked this place because the website said they had room service and my in laws who went with us were not comfortable eating in restaurants due to covid. Well, they didn’t offer room service because of covid which makes no sense to me but whatever. We made the best of it but I wouldn’t go back here.

I booked this trip as a pre getaway by myself before valentines day just to get away from my kids and husband. The room wasn't bad. I stayed across from the pool which was open all night as well, the hotel was hosting a winter high school formal. So I left to get away from my kids just to be terrorized by someone else's. I fell asleep around 1am because of the teenager's horse playing in the pool area. I was awakened around 3:30 am to the fire alarm going off and an announcement over the loudspeaker to evacuate the hotel immediately. I stood outside in the cold for 30-40 minutes while the police and fire department arrived and checked out the pool area where one of the children must have pulled the alarm or been caught smoking. This was the worst stay at any Marriott that I have ever had in my entire 33 years of living. Not one of the staff acknowledged this major inconvenience that it caused anyone that stayed there that night. This should have been a complete refund or free night stay at one of their other hotels for anyone that was inconvenienced and had to stand outside in the freezing cold in their pj's.

Room was comfortable. Layout was a little strange as bed did not face the TV. Although the TV swiveled, it was a little uncomfortable having to turn your head to the side to watch. Had trouble getting hot water in the shower later in the day and at night.
