越獄沖浪旅館(Jail Break Surf Inn)

Fuimos 3 parejas con niños por 12 días y nos quedamos solo 1. Ser humilde no tiene porqué ir reñido con la higiene. Las fotos no tienen nada que ver con la realidad, las habitaciones olían fatal, los baños peor todavía , la entrada a mi habitacion estaba llena de cartones tirados, bolsas de basura, tendederos llenos de calzoncillos viejos, la arena de la entrada llena de cacas de gato a la que solo se las cubre con la misma arena,te dejan una botella metálica para que rellenes con agua(sucia y oxidada) Tienen un dispensador de agua que en vez de cambiar la botella del dispensador lo rellenan con garrafas pequeñas con lo peligroso que puede resultar reutilizar una garrafa sin limpiar ni nada, solo decir que estuve un día y en los dos dias siguientes 3 personas de las 7 estuvimos enfermos de gastroenteritis , no lo recomiendo para nada, eso no son vacaciones. Pueden pensar que soy alguien muy exigente o que tuve algún problema y pongo este comentario pero no, soy surfer desde hace más de 25 años y he visto y estado en muchos lugares . Me sentí engañado totalmente

If you are looking for an authentic place to spend your vacations at Himmafushi this is the place to stay, hands down. Yeah, there might be other fancier hostels with yoga and that king of things you may find anywhere in the world, but you won't get a place that 100% belongs and is ran by a local like in Jailbreak Surf in. Amin (the owner) is a legend. Always making sure you are comfortable, super friendly and the most just owner I have ever met anywhere in the world. Even though we have agreed on a price previously (which was already a under price value) by the end he spontaneously suggested a discount because we did not use the boat trips we were entitled to. Great rooms with vent and AC, very clean, and spacious bathroom. The food is more than adequate and tasty in general, even though a little more variety in the menu would be welcomed. Absolutely recommended, even without taking the price into consideration. Given that the price is so just, it is a gem.

Had a great time at Jail Break...the location is central and a 5 min walk to the bikini beach. There are also free bikes that you can use to get around the island. The place has a chill vibe with a lovely common area. The room I stayed at was big and spacious and priced reasonably. The host Amin is a lovely person and helps out in any way possible. There is a free boat service that takes you snorkeling & surfing.
