房間很大，床鋪很乾凈。有一個小廚房，廚房的櫥櫃裏有簡單廚具和碗碟，洗漱用品沒想到是pharmacopia的。早餐是簡單的西餐。 除了check in和out的時候，總是查不到我已經在網上預付了房費外，其他都不錯。

這家酒店靠近機場，但服務很棒，入住體驗很好

The location is a bit further into Hinton but the property is new and very nice. The rooms are spacious and clean. The washroom was very was very clean which I always appreciate. The breakfast was really good with lots of options but very crowded space given the number of people. We couldn’t even find a space to sit and had to sit in lobby area to eat breakfast.

The pool was not nearly as big and the pictures made it out to be and the hot tub was weird. We could hear other’s guests and some let there kids in the pool un supervised and they were throwing the deck chairs in the water and the staff did nothing.. the people working were not friendly and were zero help when i asked about stuff to do in town or near by. Just a snarky not really anything thing to do in the town comment. The ice makers were not working and there only on every other floor.

The service was not good at all. Travelled with kid and old parents. So, we booked a full Kitchen suit. Paid extra to have the advantages of a full kitchen. But the kitchen was missing the basic amenities. It had no knife, no spoon, no chopper board, no kitchen towels/tissues. There was no difference between a suit with kitchenette and a full kitchen. We had to contact several times with the staff to get a knife and a chopper board to the minimum. Rest they said they could not help much. Dryer was broken, coffee machine was broken most of the time. Paid so much per night for broken amenities. We stayed for 3 nights. Everyday cleaning service was horrible. They only cleaned the bathroom. Never made the beds, neither clean the floor. Never stayed in any hotel before like that. 2 star from me.

Staff was good and friendly, room and hotel was pretty clean. Room is definitely not worth $329 a night though when I’ve stayed in similar hotels for half that, even in the mountains throughout Alberta and BC. Seemed to have had some maintenance issues with the pool and hot tub when we were there which was a bummer. I wouldn’t do the breakfast there again, it was a bit on the rough side and most the warm food was undercooked (in their defense, it’s probably harder to cook for a pretty busy hotel with the small set up they have). I would just eat at the Ricky’s instead which is usually good. It’s a nice hotel overall, just don’t think it’s worth what we paid a night to stay.

We added a night onto our trip and called them to advise them. When we checked in, we also discussed the extra day. The last morning we chatted with them again about the added last day and was assured that everything was in order. Later that night they assigned that room to another guest, so while we laid in bed another guest came in.

My room was very spacious and comfortable. Air conditioner had a horrible perfume smell though. Not sure why they need to add an aur freshener scent to it. Thankfully a small window opens up! The pool area was ok but nothing that great. It could be fixed up and better lit. Breakfast is was what you would expect as a free add on.

Stayed here with kids when visiting Jasper. The property is very clean, swimming pool was a hit with the kids. Not to mention as busy parents all the free coffee 24x7 at the lobby was just amazing. Rooms themselves were very clean, spacious. Found the partition between sofa room and bedroom great, as it was not claustrophobic for a family of 4 with young kids. Highly recommend this hotel for the cleanliness, spaciousness, restaurant, swimming pool.

My stay was pretty good. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. The only problem I had was half my bed was very uncomfortable and well broken in. I ended up waking up with a back ache. The rest of the stay I had to sleep on the other side of the bed.

Property is very clean and looks brand new. Breakfast not the best but pretty standard for continental breakfast…enough to start your day. Love the free specialty coffee in the lobby 24/7. Staff are friendly. Easy check in process.

Stayed one night for our trip in the mountains. About an hour from town of Jasper. Nice small town as well with all the services priced normally compared to Jasper. Nice amd clean hotel!

Booked this for a friend who said it was spacious, clean and comfy and cozy. She slept great and left feeling ready for the rest of her road trip. Thanks BW!

House keeping came to clean the room, stripped the bathroom and one of two beds, left leaving the door to the room behind them and didn’t clean anything. We were left with nothing in the bathroom, bed covers on the floor and an uncleaned room, in addition to lack of regard for privacy and safety pertaining to our property.
