Il migliore Home Stay che abbiamo incontrato nel nostro viaggio in Vietnam. Ospitalità, gentilezza, un posto incantevole nel verde a pochi passi dal centro. Ti fa sentire a casa anche a distanza di migliaia di chilometri. Colazione locale e di qualità. Ci ha offerto subito un welcome drink al nostro arrivo, una doccia prima del lungo viaggio in night bus, una tisana allo zenzero e un break d'asporto. Consigli preziosi per i pasti e trovare posti autentici. CONSIGLIATO.

L'homestay si trova in una posizione incantevole e il risveglio è stato meraviglioso. Nga la proprietaria è dolcissima, sempre presente ma mai invadente. Abbiamo seguito i suoi consigli e girare in scooter è stato bellissimo. Al rientro il bagno in piscina è piacevole. La camera è grande e il letto comodo. Ottima colazione e ottimo mango juice Peccato fermarsi solo 2 notti. Grazie ancora Nga

La ubicación está genial, a 3 minutos en bici del muelle de Tam Coc. Está ubicado entre arrozales y kársticos, súper bonito. El personal es muy amable, en especial Nga, que nos ayudó y orientó con las excursiones y el transporte a todos los lugares de interés. Hay bicicletas a disposición de los clientes. El desayuno es muy bueno, debéis probar el desayuno vietnamita que preparan, delicioso! Las camas son cómodas y las habitaciones están muy limpias. La estancia debería ser de 2 o 3 noches para disfrutar de todas las visitas. También hay restaurantes buenos en Tam Coc, que es un pueblo tranquilo para relaj****

This is an absolutely lovely homestay! It's just outside Tam Coc, so peaceful and quiet, with rice fields around it, but just a short walk or cycle into town. It's scrupulously clean, comfortable and attractive, with a big pool and fantastic food. Best of all, the owner is so nice and helpful! Try the homemade pineapple jam with delicious toast for breakfast and enjoy a good night's sleep in the peace of the countryside. The view from the rooftop dining area is gorgeous! I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Excellent homestay with helpful host just outside center of Tam Coc. Citycenter is walking distance, but the surroundings are very quiet. We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful room with good beds (although a bit hard, but that’s Vietnam). We rented scooters for a very reasonable price, so we had every opportunity to see the surroundings and visit all highlights. The host also helped arrange transport to our next destination (also for reasonable price). A must stay in Tam Coc.

There’s a reason this place has such excellent reviews. Nga and her family are super accommodating. Don’t say no to the honey ginger tea and order the banana pancakes for breakfast if they’re on offer (slight additional charge of 15k VND). Listen to her advice and recommendations. The people and stay itself did not have to be so wonderful considering the location, and setting, are perfect. You will be a short and pleasant walk to tam coc and all of the restaurants on offer, no need to arrange transport. Getting to Trang an is easy, you can take a grab car for about 140k vnd.

Wow, this was such a nice pleace to stay! Set against a gorgeous backdrop surroinded by lush green rice fields and walking distance from the village. Our room was clean and comfortble and the host family was absolutely lovely and super helpful! The pool is awesome although it rained almost the entire time we were in Ninh Binh, so we only had the opportunity to use the pool once one evening, but I could imagine us sitting there on our sun loungers next to the pool, sipping wine. Breakfast is included but basic - usually some eggs, bread, fruit and juice/tea/coffee - plated up and delivered to the upstairs terrace with amazing views. Although basic, it was plenty and always freshly prepared and presented with a warm smile. Despite the rain we had a lovely stay and can recommend Tam Coc Sunshine Home Stay to anyone who wants an authentic experience in Ninh Binh. There is a fridge where you can get water andother drinks - just tell the family and they'll add it to your bill. A few books to read - or you could donate yours and some information of things to see and do in the area. The family was also very helpful with answering questions and giving directions and advise. Perfect place to just chill and enjoy. Really lovely! Great value for money!

We had a wonderful time while visiting Tam Coc for 2 nights. Location is perfect slightly removed from the main busy street. Owner is very friendly and provided us with detailed information about things to do and advice on traveling around the area. Also cooked a very very delicious breakfast (some of our favorite food from the entire trip!). Would 100% stay here again!!
