Gibson’s mill- will never stay or book there again Pros -close to everything - modern decor -receptionist was friendly when checking in Cons: - have to pay extra for parking each day - no natural light- the windows are shaded out. It’s like living in a basement- it was horrid, no natural air or light - shower was worst shower I have encountered. The shower head is tiny and only comes straight out. The shower gel was a long way away from the shower- doesn’t make sense. Barely any of your body gets water on it and you have to walk over to soap, back and forth. The shower is half open as well and you can’t close to warm up so always freezing in shower. - electric water system and there is a warning you can run out of hot water - book in room states you have a light service clean each day- but received piece of paper you have to pay $40 for it- so what is it? Why is there 2 different bits of info? Confusing - the parking spots are tiny- tight squeeze- you actually can’t have a large car to park there - the TV is tiny and you have free to air tv. No steaming. There is a DVD player but you have to walk over a few streets ti reception to get a dvd!

It was a large until with no windows, poor lighting. Like staying in a cave. Would never stay here again.

The property is in a great location, however outdated and in need of repairs and maintenance. Very disappointed in many things over the three nights.

Great location and facility providing easy access to city and water front wharf

Ideally located. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Well equipped with everything easily accessible. A little challenging for a ‘first timer’ to park, collect key from a locked box then drive a short distance to accommodation. Directions were detailed and excellent.

Dirty, Bad smell

We had a great weekend stayed in one of the 2 br apartments. Location was close to everything, no need for the car just walked. Apartment was spacious , comfortable and clean. Highly recommend, and we’ll be back on our next trip to Hobart.

Amazing spacious rooms, very clean, modern facilities. Will be our regular accommodation venue from now on
