kein sehr freundliches Personal bei sehr mäßigem Service. Bei Fragen wurde mir ungenügend geantwortet und ich hatte das Gefühl zu stären. Auf meine Frage erhielt ich zwar eine Antwort, die aber weit entfernt von meiner Frage war. Preis- Leistungs-Verhältnis halte ich für Verbesserungswürdig

Falkenstein Grand is part of Marriott's autograph collection and tucked away in the Taunus mountains outside Frankfurt. It is about a 30-minute drive from the airport, FRA. The hotel is on the mountain slope in the village of Köningstein. The lobby area is in the main building out of the seven that makes up the hotel, and the other buildings are connected with underground tunnels unless you fancy a walk outside. There is also the bar and restaurant in the main building. The hotel has a full service spa with a nice array of treatments and a good size gym as well as an outdoor heated pool. The rooms are big but modern and the size and decor bring to life the turn of the century when the hotel was built. Both service and food are excellent, and whilst a little of the beaten track, it is well worth a detour for a few days relaxation.

I stayed in the hotel because my company hosted a meeting here. I was here for 6 nights and experienced a lot of what the hotel offered and overall really liked the hotel. My room was located in the main building (building 4) and was large and newly renovated. The weather was very very unseasonably warm the week I was there and there is limited to no air conditioning in the hotel and other facilities. I was told my room didn’t have AC but it was cool and comfortable. Beds and linens were super comfortable. I enjoyed the included breakfast buffet. Something for everyone and very well done. The views from the outside patio was beautiful. Lunch that was offered in the restaurant was also delicious. Our meeting at the hotel was also generally good. None of the meeting rooms in the main hotel building had AC. Our meetings were in the Ascara Spa building and those were newer. Alexandra from the front desk was outstanding. She was gracious about my lack of German and had great recommendations for restaurants and was very kind and helpful. Thanks to the entire staff for a wonderful experience.

The hotel is beautiful. The surrounding areas does not have much to do except hiking. The bad thing about this hotel is that it’s not handicap accessible. It seems that throughout Europe accessibility is not a main priority too many stairs not enough elevators.

This is a heritage property with beautiful landscaping and well appointed rooms with contemporary comforts. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only downside is that there is no air conditioning and neither any fans which makes the room uncomfortable when the temperature goes above 24 degrees, which is now very common across Europe.

This is a beautiful, scenic hotel. We stayed in a large suite that had been redone with a kitchenette, bathroom, HUGE living room, office and master bedroom. The restaurant was quite good and everyone who worked there very nice! There is an amazing playground for kids and a beautiful terrace to sit on and watch them. Our room smelled a bit like paint (it truly was brand new) but we aired it out and it was great. The pool and hot tub were fun (although this is definitely a wellness retreat, so be respectful) and the grounds are really beautiful. Two of us did the 3 castles hike from the hotel, but other than that, there isn’t much to easily walk to.

Truly a fine hotel with generous hospitality and space. Very friendly and cooperative team members that are willing to extend friendly solutions at even odd hours of the night. Loved my suite and the view of Frankfurt city was breathtaking! Definitely want to visit again for an extended stay.

Hatte das Glück per Empfehlung auf das Skyline Terrassen Event gestoßen zu sein, welcher sich zum Highlight dieses Jahres entwickelt hat. Ein klasse Event mit atemberaubender Sicht auf die Frankfurter Skyline mit einer spitzen Auswahl an Market-style Speisen sowie unterschiedlichen Weinen und Cocktails. Der Service war 1-A, gut organisiert, kompetent und professionell. Die einzelnen Food-stations sehr kreativ und auf 5*+ Niveau schick auf dem Areal verteilt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und hatten einen unvergesslichen Tag. Schön wäre es wenn man von so einem Event vorher was gehört hätte, dann hätte ich auch bestimmt noch mehr Freunde und Bekannte mobilisieren können und ein Eventfotograf hätte bestimmt auch geholfen diese tollen Momente aufzunehmen- ein Glück hatten wir unsere Handys dabei! Wir waren in einer der Villen einlogiert. Das ganze Ambiente unserer Suite war sehr gediegen und dem Anspruch entsprechend. Sehr sauber, kleine Küche inclusive mit diversen Kaffee und Teesorten. Sehr ruhige Lage, Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Eindrucksvolle Aussicht auf " Bankfurts City". Zur Gastronomie kann ich nichts sagen; wir haben die ausgezeichnete Küche in Königstein genutzt.
