highly highly highly reccomed this lodge. not only us, our safari guide told us "this is one of best lodge in this area" and we are sure so. The owner Ruan and his wife are very good person,friendly and kind, they cared us all the time. They arranged from various activity like game drive to transportation. The room and restaurant are very sophisticated,cozy we had a relaxing time there whole day. What I must say is meals. I loved oxtail stew and traditional lamb steak they served us. we definitely reccomened this lodge if my friends visit Kuruger, and come again

After four days of self drive safari in Kruger we wanted a few days to relax and recuperate before heading back into the park, and Muunga was the perfect choice! Jenny and Ruan are super friendly and welcoming hosts and really make you feel at home. The rooms and lodge are very stylish and immaculately clean... we'd love to have them decorate our home... and you can tell the passion and care that has gone into in every little detail. The location is wonderful, set in the wildlife estate and surrounded by nature, it's very peaceful and a little slice of paradise. The rooms are wonderfully appointed and very comfortable, with your own private space. We felt they offer excellent value for money. The atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly and we could happily chat with Ruan about safari and nature all day! We ate out one night at a fabulous local restaurant, then had a fantastic meal at the lodge the second night. We can't wait to come back again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Munga! Unfortunately, we were only there for two nights — but we definitely could have stayed much longer. The warm welcome from the lovely couple who owns the place was truly exceptional. They gave us fantastic tips for our trip, including a great restaurant recommendation for when we arrived in Cape Town. We were greeted with a delicious homemade dinner that really felt like a comforting meal at home — just what we needed after a long journey. Breakfast was also wonderful, fresh and full of flavor. The location is excellent, and the room's infrastructure was perfect. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the showers were amazing, and everything was thoughtfully designed. We would recommend Munga to anyone looking for a special, warm, and well-located place to stay. It was truly memorable, and we hope to return someday!

Ich war bereits das zweite Mal hier, und komme vor allem zum Entspannen, am Ende meines Urlaubes hierhin. Die wunderschöne , bis ins Detail liebevoll gestaltete Lodge, die herzliche Atmosphäre, der tolle Service und das fantastische Essen lassen einen hier sehr gut runter kommen und keine Wünsche offen. In diesem Zusammenhang ist auch das Spa sehr empfehlenswert. Von der Lodge aus sind der Krüger Nationalpark ,die Drakensberge, der Blyde River Canyon quasi vor der Haustür. Ich hoffe für Ruan, dass er bald seine Lizenz als Ranger für den Krüger Park erhält und wieder das tun kann, was seine Leidenschaft ist: fotografieren und auf Safari gehen. in beidem ist er ein Profi. Die wunderschönen Tierbilder in der Lodge hat er übrigens selbst gemacht So haben wir ihn kennen in einer anderen Safari Lodge gelernt. Jenny, seine Frau, ist eine Perfektionistin in Sachen Stil, Ambiente, Ordnung und Sauberkeit, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Beide zusammen reißen sich wirklich ein Bein aus, um den Aufenthalt dort unvergesslich zu machen. Muunga Bush Lodge - einfach zu schade nur für eine Nacht.

Top☺️ Alles super, vor allem Die Hosts, Ruan und seine Frau sind absolut super! Sehr liebevoll, authentisch und geben super tips. Wirklich kein einziger Wunsch blieb unerfüllt. Gerne wieder🍀
