維雅尼薩弗麗旅館(Vuyani Safari Lodge)

Vuyani befindet sich in einem sehr kleinen Reservat und ist nicht durch einen Zaum geschützt. Man muss sich daran gewöhnen, dass man immer von einem Ranger begleitet werden muss. Mal schnell vom Pool oder Bar ins Zimmer gehen… geht nicht. Zimmer: wir hatten (als Schwestern) die sogenannte Honeymoon Suite. Bequemes Bett, Moskitoschutz, schöne und saubere Außendusche, privater winzig kleiner Pool. Alles OK. Verpflegung: Frühstück klasse, Mittag/ Abendessen Ok. Getränke alle mit inkludiert. Sehr aufmerksames Personal. Aktivitäten: leider eine großteils negative Erfahrung: die Safaris waren eine Hetzjagd durch den Busch. Der Fahrer hat geredet, geredet… aber leider keine Tiere gefunden. Die angekündigten Trios (Bootsfahrt aus dem BlydecRiver, Besuch einer Elefanten Statiion, etc) waren nicht möglich da die Lodge keine Fahrer hatte. Es war schon Nebensaison. Lediglich die Fahrt zur Panorama Route hat man dann ermöglicht. Danke an Richard. Die Tour war das beste im Urlaub!!! Laut Auskunft einer Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption sollten wir auch die einzigen Gässte sein. Alleine im Busch… ohne irgendwelche Aktivitäten…. Wir sind deshalb früher abgereist. Alle Anfragen nach einer zumindest teilweise Erstattung der nicht genutzten Buchung wurden noch nicht einmal beantwortet. Fazit: eine schöne Lodge, tolle Touren! Aber ein Problem in der Kommunikation Vorort!!!

Experiência incrível! Pelos hotéis que pesquisamos, era o que tinha o melhor custo benefício. Serviço excelente, todos os funcionários fazem de tudo para agradar. Café da manhã e jantar muito bons, mas o almoço é bem básico, sem deixar de ser saboroso. Safári bem completo, com os guias super atenciosos. Conseguimos ver os Big Five! Ficamos na suíte Honeymoon 3 e sempre bem arrumada e limpa mais de 3x no dia. Pela pequena diferença de preço, recomendo ficar na suite presidencial que tem um chuveiro dentro do banheiro (na nossa só tinha banheira e chuveiro externo). Existem diversos passeios pagos por fora que valem a pena (fizemos o encontro com os elefantes e foi uma experiência incrível) Recomendo a hospedagem no Vuyani! Sem dúvidas, voltaria!

Nous avons réservé 6 jours dont 4 dans le Vuyani River Lodge et 2 nuits ici au Safari Lodge. Quelle déception d’être logé dans l’appartement, nous sommes au dessus des garages, sans fenêtre, avec une chambre comportant deux lits simple pour enfants alors que nous sommes 4 adultes… l’appartement est communiquant avec celle du personnel, nous retrouverons d’ailleurs du personnel transiter par notre appartement. Le lendemain, les femmes de chambres laisseront notre appartement grand ouvert avec les clés dessus, lorsque nous leur faisons une réflexion, elles éclatent de rires… vraiment très moyen pour la sécurité. L’espace piscine est quant à lui décevant, il y a seulement 4 chaises longues pour 24 personnes… de cette manière vous ne pouvez jamais profiter de cet espace ou alors vous devez accepter d’être entasser les uns sur les autres. L’espace est vraiment minuscule, il faut aimer la communauté et de n’avoir aucun espace seul. Lorsque nous faisons la réflexion à un membre du personnel, il nous dira qu’il n’a aucune solution pour nous… De plus, je n’ai pas apprécié qu’en plein milieu d’un repas, la manager soit venue vers moi à table me demander si je pouvais offrir une cigarette au cuisinier, j’ai trouvé ça déplacé et que ce n’était vraiment pas le moment opportun. Honnêtement, nous avons fait plusieurs safaris, ce lieu restera notre plus mauvais souvenir, je regrette d’avoir emmener un couple d’amis qui découvrait pour la première fois l’expérience safari. Quel regret, je vous le déconseille fortement. Le seul point positif, les repas sont bons, les games-drive sont beaux et ils nous donnent beaucoup d’informations. Avec mon mari, nous nous sommes offert un massage et c’était très bien organisé et un très bon massage. Ce qui est décevant c’est que nous avons passé 4 jours au Vuyani River qui lui est beaucoup plus adapté bien que le guide n’était franchement pas agréable… La personne responsable des réservations ne semble pas avoir honte de nous avoir pris pour des imbéciles en nous réservant 2 jours dans cet appartement miteux qui ne devrait même pas être loué alors que nous en avions déjà payé 4 à l’autre Lodge. Il paraît que les chambres sont mieux mais ils ne devraient plus en aucun cas louer cet appartement.

Las instalaciones están muy bien . El servicio es excelente. En cuanto a los safaris estuvieron muy bien aunque me larece que hay pocos animales en la reserva ya que siempre tardamos en encontrarlos

El personal es simplemente maravilloso y todos con las mayor disposición de q te sientas como en casa

I have been fortunate to visit Vuyani multiple times and it never ceases to deliver. The twice daily safaris provide the opportunity to see wildlife up close without disturbing their natural behaviour. Seeing lion cubs, cheetah, wild dogs, elephants - such a privilege. Sundowners offer the chance to chat about viewings and get to know fellow travelers. The food is top notch and plentiful, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The staff and management at Vuyani genuinely care about the environment as well as their guests. The rooms are comfortable and high quality hotel standard. Sitting on the deck outside our room allowed us the very special experience of seeing multiple nyala drink from the plunge pool. Thank you to all the team at Vuyani. I'll be back.

It was amazing. The 2 safari a day was breathtaking. The shear beauty of everything. The food was wonderful. Try it all mark and I would split our meals so we could try it all.all the meals where expertly done. There are so many photo I only picked 20

I cannot say enough good things about Vuyani and their staff. The thought, dedication, care, and consistency that they put into every single aspect of the guest experience at this lodge is something I have never experienced before. We already miss Wish’s calls of “ARE…YOU…READY!” in the mornings. Chef Rose and Duncan presented us with delicious, curated menus daily. Chriswell, Wisely, and the Vuyani F&B staff were incredibly attentive and friendly at every meal. We stayed in the Presidential Suite, and boy was it PRESIDENTIAL! Clean, HUGE, and beautifully decorated - grateful to the housekeeping staff for so diligently tidying it up daily for us. We were lucky enough to ride with 2 teams during our stay and absolutely loved the different dynamics we got with Solli/Stephen and Aggy/Jannie. Their knowledge, expertise, patience, and big smiles made each game drive so much fun! Of course, I cannot end this review without mentioning Vuyani’s most hospitable staff member - Tsingela, who greeted us at PS1 every day and night and even made sure we got our naps in! Thank you Vuyani, you made our honeymoon a trip we will never, ever forget!

Absolutely loved our stay at Vuyani. I was here for 5 nights recently, with my friend. Even before we booked our interactions with the staff were great. Both Tanya and Johan were really helpful in answering our questions. And then when we did book, sorted out return transfers from Joburg for us, which were excellent and wonderfully straightforward, with lovely, fantastic drivers. And then when we arrived, just wow. We stayed in a Presidential Suite which was huge, and equipped with everything you need for a lovely, relaxing, comfortable stay. The food is excellent, and incredibly varied and plentiful. I had a dietary requirement that the wonderful Rose accommodated at lunch for me. The evening chefs were equally fab. All the staff are fantastic. The safaris are just amazing. We saw so many animals and birds, and learnt so much about the South African bush. All our guides and trackers were superb. We initially had John, Peace and Godsave. And then Jannie and Aggy. All were so knowledgeable and hugely contributed to our overall experience. Of course we loved the sundowners too! This really is an amazing place, and I very much hope to return.
