Das Hotel ist deutlich besser als der ersten Eindruck

Stopped here on the way to the netherlands and it exceeded my expectations. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept in, pretty easy/straight forward check in,, very spacious room, safe(quiet) area, and dog friendly. I would make a note that I needed to call them to let them know I would be checking in quite late (after reception hours) but they left a key for me in the lock box. I should have asked where the parking lot was as I think I parked in private parking by accident. Last thing, and this is a minor thing, the hotel advertised 5 euro breakfast when you have a room and 5 euro charge for a dog as well. But I was charged 12 in total. The receptionist didn't speak great english and I'm brutal with other languages so I'm not entirely sure of the reasons for this but just worth noting. Would still recommend though!

At arrival nobody manned the recepton, anyone could walk in and out. After ringing the bell 5 (!) times and phoning up, after 20 minutes a very unfriendly man turned up. It took 15' to check in. We've never seen anyone so slow handling a computer. The room was clean and spacious, but the bathroom and especially the shower tiny! Everything looks very run down and in desperate need for renovation. The breakfast was... well nothing special. No warm things, the times were not like announced. At this hotel nobody seems to care what happens or what the needs of the guests might be. Other detail: overnight the doors to the emergency exit were locked!

Fint og rart sted

Anlässlich einer Trauerfeier haben wir ein Doppelzimmer für eine Nacht im Carl von Clausewitz gebucht. Die Buchung war unproblematisch, ebenso das Einchecken. Das Zimmer war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet: Schreibtisch, großem Schrank, zwei Stuhlsesseln, im Bad gab es Seifenspender und Fön. Genügend Handtücher selbstverständlich auch. Das Frühstück war völlig in Ordnung, die Brötchen knusprig, drei Sorten Cerealien. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir können dieses Hotel guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Ich war geschäftlich in Burg. Das Hotel hat recht große und saubere Zimmer. Es befindet sich in guter Lage in Burg. Das Badezimmer ist gut und im Zimmer ist alles, was man benötigt. Vom Frühstück war ich sehr positiv angetan. Parkplätze gibt es direkt am Hotel.
