Très bel hôtel. Super sympathique et chaleureux. Très moderne et coloré. Le personnel est vraiment super. On a adoré notre séjour malgré le fait que l’hôtel était plus difficile d’accès comme plusieurs sur l’île à cause des NOMBREUX trous d’eau impossible de marcher sur cette île a part sur le bord de la plage.

Nous avons adoré avec ma compagne notre séjour à l’hôtel. Nous avons passé 3 nuits là-bas et nous n’avons pas vu le temps passé tellement nous y étions bien. Le personnel est très accueillant, très à l’écoute. Mention spéciale au réceptionniste Santiago qui nous a accompagnés tout le long de notre séjour à Holbox. Les chambres sont comme sur les photos très belles et confortables.
Nous n’hésiterons à revenir.
Je recommande fortement cet hôtel !

Très bel établissement. Personnel à l’accueil excellent.
Gros bémol sur le petit déjeuner, le serveur d’une lenteur indescriptible, plus d’1h par jour au petit déjeuner. Pas du tout professionnel, des qu’on lui demande quelque chose, cela met 30 minutes à arriver.
La literie est très dur, les draps font un bruit pas possible des qu’on se tourne

Todo fue excelente desde el check in, el único detalle es que mencioné antes de mi llegada era nuestro aniversario y dijeron habría una pequeña decoración pero no hubo nada a nuestra llegada. Pero de ahí todo estuvo excelente y muy buen servicio

Lobby sin ventilación, restaurante sin clima , es comer ahogandote de calor, meseros poco amigables, menu escaso, baño sin buena ventilación, limpieza deficiente. Lo que si es la señorita de recepción muy linda y también el joven muy atentos y amables.

Habitaciones oscuras y sin ventanas al exterior, las "ventanas" que hay son la pared del pasillo y todo el que pasa te ve. Si quieres privacidad vas a tener que mantener cerradas las cortinas y estar a oscuras (solo hay cortinas blackout).
El único ingreso de luz que tiene el hotel es el jardin interno que hay...pero no existen ventanas!
No hay piscina, jardin ni espacio para estar. Literalmente el hotel es solo para dormir.
El restaurante no lo recomiendo para cenar. El desayuno está incluido y la calidad está aceptable.
La cama y almohadas muy cómodas.
Locación está ok, a 2 cuadras de la playa caminando. Y al centro son 15 minutos caminando.
Hotel renta bicis y carritos, es más caro que en el centro.
Hay mejores opciones en la isla.
