松樹林希爾頓逸林高爾夫水療度假村(Forest Pines Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort)

We stayed at Forest Pines, Brigg for a family party weekend. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff ALL of whom were professional always cheerful and smiling. A few of our party would have had difficulty using a shower over the bath, Not a problem the rooms were changed withing minutes even their luggage was collected and placed in the new rooms for them. It really was the perfect weekend

Decent sized rooms, fridge and water provided was a plus in the hot weather. Pity no air con and drinks were expensive. Stag were very helpful and pleasant.

Staff were excellent, best service we’ve seen in a long time, hotel was great in general but bedrooms and bathroom were little dated and tired.

Really enjoyable stay. Staff very friendly. My wife is pregnant and requested another pillow which arrived within minutes. Spa was brilliant and the food in the restaurant and lounge was delicious.

Bathroom required dustbin and toilet brush and sufficient soap and tissues. Service in lounge inadequate. Cooked breakfast was cold and needed to be replaced. The Marguerita was not served correctly. However the staff were friendly and helpful and we found the beds very comfortable.

I think we were upgraded to a twin family room and was comfortable, clean and roomy. There were a couple of things that needed attention but nothing serious.

This hotelmgets a very mixed review. The staff were great a the hotel, its location and the golf course excellent. However, several ******* whilst we were there for a 3 night stay (and we've stayed before). First, stainedbath towel in our bathroom, second - door handle on bathroom came of and could not be fixed as maintenance team dont work weekends. Third and by the worst is the restaurant. The food is good but the menu very restricted if you dont eat meat. My wife doesnt and it meant that she would have had to eat the same meal each night if it werent for the chef switching out a fish for one that had run out. The 4esult was poor. We were advised that it was very difficult to change meals as the menu is fixed which usually means the meals are pre packs and not truly cooked from scratch.

Comfortable and clean room with plenty of space, good quality food and staff friendly and helpful
