Holiday Inn 長島 - 麥克阿瑟ARPT(Holiday Inn Long Island - Islip Arpt East)

Staff was very professional and polite. Room was clean but the carpets are nasty. Walls are paper thin, You can hear your neighbor going to the bathroom(literally). Walking in the hallway, you can hear peoples conversations from their rooms. The restaurant food is good but they close very early. There is a little convenience area where you can purchase water, soda and snacks.

Overall everything was ok. Both days that we stayed, the housekeeping girls were talking very loud outside of our room. This happened Sunday and Monday morning. The conversation was so loud that it woke us up. This was around 7-7:30 am. Very inconsiderate. Management should emphasize that people are there to rest and they should respect that, very rude.

The Hotel rooms were extremely small, and even though they lromised cleaning service every 3 days, they never showed up. After talked to the Manager he was only bragging that he was the manager but didnt do anything about it. He should be fired immediately as he only talks and never listens. If he was my employee he would have been fired by now. I will make sure this hotel is blacklisted and let anyone i know never to book there.

As usual my stay was great the staff was very friendly and willing to help I had an issue with my credit card they reached out to me by phone and made the necessary changes, they provided me with excellent service I was totally satisfied

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The Sonoma Grill had great tasting breakfast. I didn't try lunch or dinner, so I can't comment on that.

The hotel is just fine. I would say it is a little expensive. Parking is free and breakfast is available but not free. This hotel is clean; I would rate the hotel’s cleanness 4.2 out of 5. The washroom does have good quality soap and shampoo.
