科默福德海景套房公寓(Comerford's Ocean View Suites)

Check in staff were courteous. Accommodation was dated and not very clean. Was expecting an ocean view. There wasn’t one.

I highly recommend Comerford Oceanview Suites if you want quiet, privacy, freedom from dealing with hotel front desks. Lovely people run this place. Very friendly and accomodating. Its like home away from home. We stayed in apt 6a. It was perfect for my son and I. Very comfortable. Definitely definitely returning, the next time we come back to NL.

Well located, enough space. Every thing we needed for a nice stay We came back and stopped again at the same place (not the same unit)

A good location for exploring around the bay. Clean but the 1 bedroom unit needed repainting and a bathroom upgrade. Also people on upper floor could be easily heard. But overall a good value.

The owner unlocked the door for us and came inside the property and stayed for about 5 minutes which i thought was eerie. I had my 4 year old with me so I was more worried about him. The property was dirty. There were hair on the stove top, in the fridge, on the bed, in the bathroom. There was dirty floor, lamp shades were dark with stain or mould. I felt very uncomfortable at this property.

When I selected thie property the ******* add said it had a pool which it does not. Also I thought I was getting a suite with an ocean view but ended up in a basement suite

Very nice accommodations and friendly couple that own the units. Very grateful for the upgrade during our second stay so we didn't have to climb stairs to our unit. Also, a shout out to Rita, the housekeeper who lives across the street, for helping carry our luggage up the stairs during our first stay! The units are about 30 minutes outside of St. Johns, but this is more of a positive than a negative!
