Las instalaciones muy comodas. La limpieza muy buena. Solo falta personal en la Recepcion para atender mas eficientemente a los Huespedes.

가장 최근에 지은 건물이라 기대를 가지고 얘약했는데 역시 깨끗하고 좋았어요 하지만 dvd 플레이어가 없어 베케이션 클럽의 게임이나 dvd 대여 서비스를 할 수 없었어요 낮은 층을 배정해 주어서 약간 아쉬웠어요

We stayed here during Thanksgiving week. When we arrived we were told about all the fees and towel cards and parking. 1. Park across the street at the car park. 2. We went out and purchased shampoo and conditioner, laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid. On the last night we needed to wash a quick load and asked the front desk if they had any for purchase. The employee states, “Oh no, you are supplied these daily, we are sorry we did not.” While we were out on the last day the maintenance folks had installed bathroom shampoo, conditioner and body wash holders and left a full bottle of conditioner. I spoke with the manager about the lack of this service and she was very rude and told me they were not a hotel and they did not supply.edits what I stated. It was not a pleasant experience with the management team.

部屋の掃除が担当によりバラバラ。全く掃除もしてないバスルームを見た時は驚いた。前日の掃除は素晴らしかったのでかなりショックだった。最後の日は掃除も入ってなくて、タオルの交換を頼んでも来ない。 2回めの電話でやっとタオルを持ってきてもらった。お部屋もフロント対応も良かったのに、少し残念感が残る

Parking price is supper high ($65/day) plus walk to far to the hotel parking. Pool temperature is too cold for everyone Towel desk said you need to heat up your body. oh my god ! stay away at no cost

グランドアイランダーに1週間滞在しました。 毎年来てるのですが、今年も清潔で、快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

スタッフの皆さんととても愛想がよく、よくしてくださりありがとうございました♪また来ます！！

ペントハウスフロアである34階以上のプランを選択し予約したが、ホテル側からプランの表記が間違っていて、33階以下の通常フロアの予約であると伝えられ、結果として11階の宿泊となった。 2泊3日の2日目に、部屋の電話から清掃をお願いをして外出したが、帰ってきたら全く清掃されていなかった。 しかし3日目は10時を過ぎたらすぐに清掃がドアをノックし、フロントからは早く出てくれと言われた。 とても親切なスタッフと、そうでない方の差が大きいと感じた。

This is our 3rd time here and we were so disappointed in the poor condition of our room. The room we stayed in had so many non-working issues (i.e. TV, toilet, ceiling fans, power outlets, clogged drains, etc.).

子連れでプールの充実が条件でこのホテルにした。グランドアイランダーは、キッチン用具や洗濯乾燥機などもあるため、服の荷物を減らせるし、食事代も節約できます。

Excelente hotel para quem se sentir em casa. Tem cozinha, sala, varanda, um show quarto. Só tem o pecado que é muito mal sinalizado o acesso de veiculo pelo lobby principal. Entrada muito discreta para um hotel como este, sem falar que existem outras torres do Hilton no mesmo quarteirão.
