the hotel is very nice the people that work there are very good nice they will help you anyway they can.

Me and my girlfriend stayed at the concord location and we loved it!!

My stay, we checked in very late in the evening 11pm ish, i can only assume the desk tbought we were not going to show. When we got to the desk, a few mins into the check in the person at the desk left us standing there while we went to take care of "something" this on its own wouldnt be an issue. After what felt like 15 mins of check in. We are given our room key, we head up,, use the key card, open the door. Only to see the lock on the inside is set so the door wont open more than a couple inches. I could see the lights were off in the room, and being worried i had just tried to enter a room someone else had paid for and was sleeping in, I quickly closed the door and headed back down to the desk. Back at the desk, I explained it appearded as though they may have assigned us to a already booked room. The person at the desk assures me that isnt the case, and walks us back to the room, when they attempt to open the door it opens right away and the inside lock falls on the floor. The desk person immediately left with the door lock. They didnt check the room, even when I mentioned that the lights hadnt been on initially. Once inside the room, now creeped out...I pulled the covers back on one bed to find long hairs on the pillows and bed sheets. Once my partner convinced me to relax and just let it be. I realized we had booked and paid for a king room not a double! But, at 1145pm I was too tired and freaked out to go back to the desk.

Building is old and the fire alarm goes off all hours of the night and day. Happened 5 different times over the past 6 months that I stayed there for work. Employees say its been going on for years so apparently the fire alarms system is defective and has been fixed. Unsafe place to stay. The last day o was there pipes broke and flooded the place! So I demanded to be moved to another hotel! Management needs to do their job and get this place safe and working!

I stay here for work every week and i spend alot of money here because its cheap! But this place has an ongoing problem with their fire alarm system! It goes off all hours of the night and day! Apparently the management doesn’t think it’s important to fix for the customer safety but also to wake people up at 4:30 am for false alarms in the freezing cold! Even the employees complained about it but doesn’t get fixed. Horrible place to stay. Every room i stay in there has something broken!

Stayed here for 2 nights, seemed ok as we checked in but did not realize that this hotel was pet friendly, and even more unhappy when we also realized that there was a dog in the room next to us. These room should be set aside, and guests that obviously don't have pets with them should not have to listen to a barking dog in the morning. Also room was extremely warm and uncomfortable, the room was at 75° when we walked into it and woke up to a room at 79°. Finally figured out how to lower the temp later that morning. Breakfast is pretty good, standard stuff, coffee, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, waffles, bagels, cereal, toast, juice and sausage both days we were there.... wheres the bacon??
