曼徹斯特市中心希爾頓Tru酒店(Tru by Hilton Manchester Downtown)

The beds were in comfortable. They were broke down and need to be replaced. The pillows were nothing more than a sheet put into a pillow case. They advertise the “breakfast” started at 6 but that was cereal and juice. Hot food was not available until 6:30. We came to Tru for a good nights sleep and the 6:00 breakfast - we had a 6:30 appointment so we had to grab food on the way. The people and rest of the building were ok. I will not stay there again.

No closet, just pegs on the wall. No coffee maker or microwave. Crumpled sheets and pillows. Ancient tiny refrigerator without a freezer. In the bathroom, the squeezable tubes with soap and body wash were almost empty and, therefore, difficult to use. No purified water in the lobby. Breakfast was fine by the standards of a motel, not the p[roperty calling itself :"Tru by Hilton:. The lady in charge of the The lady in charge of the breakfast was very nice and helpful. The receptionist at the front desk was unbelievably and incomprehensibly rude.

C’est un nouveau bâtiment. Tout est neuf et impeccable. Stationnement facile, emplacement très accessible. Déjeuner acceptable et ambiance tranquille.

Ventilation très bruyante… chambre salle et inconfortable

The hotel is so new, the rooms smell like paint. They are extremely clean, but cold and noisy due to seemingly little sound insulation. Staff is lovely. Breakfast is beyond terrible.

Manchester is a great walkable town and this hotel is in the center of it all with easy access to the highway where you can drive a short distance to mountains, beaches, or Boston within an hour.

Hotel lobby was very modern and welcoming. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Room was smallish but clean, modern , and well-appointed, especially for the price.

Booked a King room thru Orbitz, and showed up and they had none available and really could have cared less. Their response was, when you book thru Orbitz, its kinda take what you get. Not a good response at all and was turned off by their attitude. Other than that, hotel is newer, modern and clean.
