Let's be clear: this hotel is NOT newer, modern, luxurious, or a 3-star experience like some other reviewers have stated. However, it is quiet and clean enough to be comfortable walking around my room barefoot (one of my top "clean" tests when staying at a hotel). The shower had good pressure, the bed was comfortable (the pillows not so much), parking was easy (if you're towing a trailer or driving a large vehicle, there are plenty of areas for you to conveniently park), and there are many dining options nearby. The housekeeping staff was very nice. Breakfast is just ok, but you can't go wrong with free waffles every morning. Could have done without the Joel Osteen church TV blaring in the breakfast area on Sunday morning. I also initially thought my room smelled like stale smoke when I first arrived, but finally figured out that what I was smelling was stale carpet powder that gets vacuumed up to "deodorize" the room (I was staying in a pet-friendly room, maybe that had something to do with it?). If you're traveling with pets, beware, they charge $25 per night for your fur kid to stay and that adds up quickly if you're staying multiple nights.
Overall, this was a decent hotel for my 3 night staycation away from home, but I probably wouldn't stay here again if I had other options. However, in a pinch and if you're on a budget, this is a decent choice.
