We stayed here due to our flight being delayed in Heathrow leading us to miss our layover flight although we were upset, it was truly the best thing that could happen. We boarded our free transfer from the airport to the hotel it was about 15 minutes away it’s beautiful views and scenes of Brussels. The hotel was lounge was absolutely beautiful and clean, all the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The room is so clean and comfortable, humongous bed which would have slept 3 people. It was a very modern design which I loved, stocked with tea and water in the fridge and cupboards. The gym looked great too. We were offered a free breakfast and dinner voucher from the airline which is lovely. The food was absolutely delicious and the server was so friendly he made sure to go above and beyond with anything we asked for. We didn’t get to use our voucher as our flight was early the next morning, but from the dinner I would tell it would have been great too! There was a list of transfer times to make sure you make your flight on time which was incredibly handy. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more! It was absolutely 10/10 no complaints about anything.
We stayed on a Saturday to Monday in June, reception staff let us check in just after 11:30am which was really nice. The room was great and spacious, bed very comfy and large, air con worked perfectly for a hot weekend, the shower was amazing and good power, also the lovely L’Occitane products!! The hotel is modern and clean, good breakfast, lovely lounging bar area outside - although expensive, the espresso martini was a good one and I enjoyed the club sandwich. A couple of times our vodka was forgotten & we were just given soft drinks but they sorted it at the bar, a shame that the cheaper vodka brands were all gone though.. Louise is a good area and also not a far walk to the main grand place central area too. Our favourite restaurant nearby was colonel steakhouse, there are also lots of shops and bars. I wish we stayed more than 2 nights. If we return to Brussels we would definitely stay here again thank you!
Before booking this hotel currently be advised that the lobby is under complete renovation and there is a temporary registration desk on the ground floor of the hotel. Additionally, they are installing new elevators, however the existing elevators are very old and one of them wouldn’t service the floor I was staying on. The rest of the hotel has been completely upgraded, with very nice rooms. The main issue was that Belgium was under a heat wave while I was visiting with temperatures in the high 80s. My air conditioner was blowing warm air and I asked three different times to have it fixed to no avail. I ended up sleeping in a very hot room with the windows opened and had to listen to very loud crowds which apparently congregate all night on the street below, so know that the “historic views”come at a price with loud noise. I live in Chicago so I am used to noise at night, but constant loud conversation and laughing one level below is very bothersome. The breakfast is being served in the executive lounge, so for Marriott elites just be forewarned that the breakfast is very crowded with all hotel guests being served in the lounge, however the quality of the breakfast was nice with very friendly staff. This hotel will be nice when they finish it — just be forewarned about the street noise and staff who will not fix the air conditioning, creating a very undesirable stay from a Marriott Platinum Elite guest.

My wife stayed at the hotel last night as she had an overnight connection in Brussels. First, due to a screwup by Marriott (not the hotel), they had her booked for two rooms. After first indicating it was nonrefundable, Cesar worked with the manager to take care of it. Most appreciated. Second, they upgraded her to a lovely room. Although food options are limited, good place to stay if needing a place near the Brussels airport.
因為遺失了護照所以需要打長途電話到中國領事館溝通,而我們手機只有數據沒有漫遊通話,所以在check-in時,已詢問酒店前台明天checkout時能否在前台借用電話,他們說可以,所以我們check-out時就問他們借用,誰知另一個男人職員跟我們說不行,只可以喺房間內使用,但係因為我們已經check-out了進不回房間,他竟然説:So that’s your problem??很難想像酒店服務比三星酒店還差,先別說他有沒有想辦法幫我們解決問題,連溝通時都完全不聽我們,一直暫停我們說話只有他自己在說,基本尊重都沒有!體驗非常非常非常差的一次 Your staff Cedric Lambert is sooooo bad service !!!! The service in your hotel is really the worst service I have ever been to. Worse than cheap hotels. First of all, when I checked-in, I lost my Passport and called the police. Then I arrived at your hotel. The staff of your hotel promised me to call the police in your lobby. Then, I inserted the card you gave me into the room, but there was no electricity at all, the whole room was dark, and your room card was completely useless. Then, after I went out and returned to the room, your key card could not enter the room again. I had to go down to the lobby to change the key card, and I went up and down too many times. Finally, when I checked out, I needed to call the police again, and your staff said I should call from the room instead of the lobby , but I have already checked out, how to make a phone call in the room? Then your staff, with a very poor service attitude, put all the responsibility on me. If I stayed in a cheap hotel, I would understand that what you call a 5 star hotel is really bad, and my experience was terrible, to describe it as horror. Your staff have absolutely no desire to assist me and I will definitely post this complaint on any social media should I ever need help! Because I lost my passport, I need to make a long-distance call to the Chinese consulate to communicate, and our mobile phone only has data and no roaming calls, so when we checked-in, we asked the hotel front desk if we could borrow a phone at the front desk when we checked out tomorrow. They said yes, so we When we checked out, we asked them to borrow it. Unexpectedly, another male staff told us that we could only use it in the room, but because we had already checked out and could not enter the room, he even said: So that's your problem? ? It’s hard to imagine that the hotel’s service is worse than Samsung’s. Let’s not talk about whether he has found a way to help us solve the problem. He doesn’t even listen to us during communication. very very very bad experience

訪訪客Great service at the hotel from the reception to the cocktail bar to the breakfast staff. Rooms we’re comfortable with a comfy bed and all you require for a few nights away. Location was €10 taxi from Centraal Station or a 20min walk through a few lovely parks. Great park on doorstep of hotel with ducks and a large pond and 3-4 min walk from Tootbus stop. Variety of restaurants/places to drink outside of the hotel away from the busy central area.
QQuest07285599992A fair hotel in terms of price. The rooms have rather small bathrooms and the furniture is a little outdated, but they are comfortable. The staff at the reception welcoming. It is a recommended hotel for those who want something in a better area, who do not want to stay in the lobby area to drink a beer at the bar, and who want a decent price. What I didn't like was the lobby area where no bar was open, and everything seemed outdated and without any animation, any lounge music, without the possibility to drink a coffee/beer, etc.
