nice hotel with good landscape, cleaning and food delicious for good relax

I booked the hotel, I called the hotel to confirm an early checking. The hotel confirmed the booking and said no problem we can check you in early. When I arrived early morning I was barked at by a very rude receptionist who had tattoos on her arm, not even looked at me. I never met anyone like her I ended up just leaving and booking travel lodge which meant I paid for a room that I didn’t use. The hotel is not bad but the reception staff have no understanding of customer care.

Our stay was only one night but we enjoyed the comfort and the surroundings and the staff were very helpful at every stage of our stay. The room was a good size and it was clean and tidy. The breakfast was good and the choice of food was extensive.

Great all round service from ease secure parking area,quick book in, nicely fitted out quite room. Good breakfast, we will definitely be staying again. Many thanks Keep up the great service

The bedroom was lovely, nice clean and a good nights sleep. Shame can’t be said for the rest of the hotel. Chris**as party night, it was that cold in the function room you had to keep your coat on. Even the DJ had a hoody on. ****** was in a different room with heat, yes you guessed it everyone left the party, for heat and a fake flutter. When I tried to speak to reception, in regards to the previous night… she didn’t want to know… so rude mid conversation she started a conversation with another guest. Not worth the money for the party night!

A great hotel and golf course, the bar and restaurant were great to relax in post round and the club house drinks and food was high standard too along with great views

Ok hotel and facilities. Food - average steak and sides. Bar - they need to learn how to do a Gin & Tonic. It’s really poor when they only use 1 ice cube and you have to ask them to but a lime in as well. Sad. Also… I couldn’t put my drinks at the room as no one asked for my card details when I checked in. You would have though it was in their manual.
