松樹林酒店(Pinegrove Hotel)

The hotel interior is looking rather tired, the corridors are stark and our room while spacious was unattractive. The bathroom was cramped and poorly designed. It was clean and tidy and the staff do the best they can with difficult facilities and surroundings.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with a good choice. Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay here with our small dog.

The rooms were dirty and facilities were also dirty. The lights in the bathrooms were not working the dust was thick and the rooms were grubby The shower was also dirty Probably one of the worst hotels ive ever stayed in They offered rooms for free the follwing week and id rather pay and stay else where . Considering it cost £720.00 it was disgusting

You get what you pay for, a roof over my head for the night. The room was awful and certainly not clean or warm. It had a smell , sorry to say I felt dirty when I left, the carpet must have been 25 years old, just crap. The guy on reception was nice, the only positive. The building is fab and is in desperate need of some tlc inside and out. I wont be back, shame was some investment it would be fab.

Well the property was in a desired location for my wifes graduation the day after arrival that was a easy 5 min drive down the road thats about as good as it got the room was a bit dated in urgent need or updating there was a few things wrong in the room that i wont go into the breakfast was good the bed was good enough for the night sleep we both needed a shower in the morning but was always going hot and cold but we managed so like i said it was in a convenient location so we were prepared to let the small stuff not bother us we arrived at 8.30pm and left at 10 am the next day so in a nut shell probably wouldnt go back unless the property went through a good update.

Absolutely gorgeous property, so quiet, spacious and clean. And beautiful food options at pub across the road. Wonderful experience

The hotel was clean and cosy. The decor could do with a little attention. The staff, especially the gentleman were excellent. The main bathroom light and the bed side wall light were not working and an electrician was not available so the three of us and our dog were all given free breakfasts. We had a bedside lamp and a more than suitable morror light in the bathroom. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again. Our little fur baby was treated like a king!

Arrived at property from hospital after seeing daughter in HTC at 10pm. Couldnt get into hotel and guest let me in. Had paid for Family room and was given a twin single room. Bed was at a slant and tipping me out. All i needed was sleep and food. What i got was overcharged and more stress. Im not.a usual.complainer. Sorry.
