萬豪羅利瑰珀翠谷酒店(Raleigh Marriott Crabtree Valley)

A simply welcoming professional hotel. Good food Good service Amenities are all in good order and for our group we were well looked after.

We booked out stay with friends for the Carolina Hurricanes Game. Great location, close enough to the arena but also surrounded by many great restaurants. The hotel had a nice bar, that stayed open pretty late after we got back from the game. we will be going back if the price is right for our next hockey game. The service and cleanliness was great.

This property has so much potential but needs HELP! Super unaccommodating for a family, probably better for business. Run down, not clean and just overall not a great stay. I read other bad reviews but ignored them and regretted that. We also were charged $9.95 to use the internet which seems crazy in 2023. Everywhere has free wifi!

When we checked in, we gave them our Bonfoey number, but they never entered it. They also told us we could get a shuttle to from our hotel to the airport but when I called to get that they said they didn’t have a driver that day Our room was not cleaned for 2 days in a row, even after we complained and they said they’d send somebody nobody ever came. Just awful.

The room to which we were assigned was very disappointing. It was old and extremely dark. The sun shade was permanently closed and the drapes covering it were broken. I suspect that the hotel had nicer rooms, but for whatever reason, we were assigned this extremely poor room. Regarding the breakfast service, they did not offer a buffet, despite the option being on the menu. Lack of employees? I don't know. I wonder if Marriott's purchase of Sheraton has resulted in a lack of capital to improve their properties. We were in Nashville recently where the water at the Sheraton was off and on over our three night stay.

Beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms, nice facilities, restaurant, bar and exercise facility. Also, in a nice area and close to restaurants and the mall. I always enjoy staying at the Marriott - a treat I look forward to while visiting family in Raleigh. I plan to come again and again....

There was a high school prom event, and the teenagers had a room next to ours. They partied all night, very loudly and kept us awake most of the night. I don’t understand how teenagers can have a room in a hotel unchaperoned.

I checked in in 3 pm and unfortunately i have to leave at 8 pm and I asked from the manager to let me take the breakfast in another’s day and he told me he can’t

Our stay was pleasant until our last night before check out. We confirmed that our room would be serviced automatically before going out for the day on Oct. 15th. Well, upon our return at 12:30 AM Oct. 16th when we were looking forward to a nice clean room we were sadly disappointed. Our room was not touched. No freshly made bed. No clean towels. No trash emptied. 😡😡. The hotel’s excuse was we were fully booked so it was an oversight. Can we offer you a voucher for breakfast? Well we didn’t want breakfast vouchers since we had to head to the airport. We asked what else could be offered for our inconvenience. We were told that unfortunately, since we made our reservation via a third party (**********) they could not offer us any type of adjustment to our bill. So we get screwed because we didn’t book directly with the hotel. We were extremely disappointed with this outcome. It ruined an otherwise perfect trip. We will never stay at the Raleigh Marriott Crabtree Valley ever again.
