Me gustó la atención de Gaby de recepción Lo que no me gustó, fue que a la habitación le falta mantenimiento. Además que te cobran un seguro de $50 que como turista si no estás preparado, te perjudica . Deberían avisar, claro que si todo está bien en la habitación, lo devuelven

Walked in and it was nothing like pictures. Walls torn down with mold on them, smells nasty and moldy, rooms weren’t properly cleaned, illegal activity in parking lots, strange situations inside and out, rip you off on price once they see they get their money. No warnings or anything. Run away as fast as you can unless you’re okay in this environment.

El servicio está bien. Pero las instalaciones ya viejas. Me cambiaron de habitación porque la que me habían asignado estaba loqueando del techo y habían marcas de aceite en la pared. La que me dieron un poquito mejor, pero no tenía puerta del baño y la puerta principal le faltaba para lockearla

I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here unless they have nowhere else to stay. The price of the room should have let me know that the room wasn’t going to be the best but I’ve stay at this hotel in other areas and didn’t have an issue. First when I got there the front desk people didn’t greet me or check me in until after they got finished with their conversation, I stood for about 5-7 minutes before they acknowledged me. When I got to the room is smelled terrible. I wasn’t in a smoking room but that’s what it smelt like. The couch was dirty with stains and so was the carpet. I managed through the night but got up bright and early and got out of there.

Trashy, dirty, no security when blocking open the doors at night, elevators not working for days, staff unfriendly, rugs stained, furniture torn and ragged, crowds of teenagers loitering in stairwells, ceiling tiles wet and falling in, hall wallpaper peeling, no breakfast, cannot use laundry or gym. It really changed to destroyed in a short time since I stayed there last. Took pics so I wouldn't be charged for the messes.

El hotel eataba en remodelacion habia material,basura y trabajadores por dondequiera, las paredes estaban sin pintar y tenia mal aspecto, la picina cerrada.

Book the room and when I arrived the room was not available and ended up at another hotel. Very frustrating especially when my apar**ent had just flooded.

Bathroom didn’t have a door but a shower curtain tacked up. Stains on the carpet and all over the walls. I was up half the night worried someone would get in because it was just a key lock the other lock was broken.

My feet started tingling when I got in the shower and now they are extremely swollen along with my ankles and legs
