My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Very clean rooms and excellent staff..Check in was fast also the wonderful lady that checked us went above and beyond to get us the right room so we cam see are yruck with a load on the trailer. It's a very quite place and we felt safe . Thank you so much for a wonderful , safe, clean place to stay. Oh also the breakfast is awesome..

I’m a traveler and stayed here over the weekend when I came with a friend. Check in was easy, the room was almost completely cleaned with the exception of some wall spots that were definitely overlooked for cleanliness….I smelled **** soon as I got off the elevators but the smell left when those guest checked out the next morning. Breakfast was delicious both mornings..so it’s worth going down from 6:30-9:30 AM to eat. Options were: sausage, bacon, biscuits & gravy, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, bagels & muffins … etc… The pool area was clean and functioning and a nice amenity. More pool towels need to be added because with two families the towels were gone. It is very close to the highway but I didn’t hear the highway noise. This hotel is off beltway 8 & 15 minutes from IAH.

The beds were very comfortable and the accessible bathroom was spacious. The staff at the front desk was friendly and accomodating. The only thing we didn't like was the sofa bed. There is no way anyone can sleep on it, you can feel every spring! I had to put 4 pillows to lay down on them. There was no extra bedding even though we were six.

The hotel overall was pretty nice. It was clean and very quiet. The breakfast was not the best and the phone in the room did not work. But overall it was nice and I would stay again.

Safe and quiet area but the room was dirty still had trash from last persons stay tables and bathroom also dirty front desk person not very concerned but did offer. Another room but I was discussed by that time, we immediately checked and went to the one on North-IAH area and was very pleased a little more both very worth it . I would not recommend this location

My key cards were not activated correctly. Both cards were not opening so i had to go back downstairs to get them activated. When i entered my room i discovered that the wrong room was issued to me. I booked a suite 2 queen beds and pull out couch to accommodate 5 guests (2 adults, 3 teenagers) and was given a standard room of 2 queen beds. I called the front desk and was told that they did not have anymore rooms available even though i booked weeks in advance. I was told it was an employee error as my room was issued to another guest and the only thing they could do was issue arefund and look for something else. VERY frustrating after a 10 hr drive and now having to call other hotels for last minute check-in for 2 nights. After about a good 30 minutes of searching, Front desk referred us to another Holiday Inn at a different address..leaving us to drive 20 minutes further out. HUGE inconvenience all around. Employee mentioned this was not the 1st time it has happened where wrong room issued inadvertently We encountered issues with the second location as well but at this point it was late and everyone was just hungry and tired. We left things as is carried on with our stay. I was highly dissatisfied

Customer service was great easy check in & out ! Hotel was nice and quite clean plenty of parking and a lot of store around the area very convenient

Everything was fine when first checked in. The next day our room was NOT cleaned. All I was told was sorry. Had to go downstairs and get clean towels and that. The next day the sink in the bathroom fell down. Then the hotel tried to charge me again for the same stay.
