Photos of the hotel are not are not representative of the actual facility. Photos make it look new. It is not new. The area around the hotel is TERRIBLE. Definitely in the "bad" part of town. I would not ever stay here again. I did not feel safe in the parking lot. All kinds of scary looking people walking all around the area at night. Had to wait for about 15 minutes for someone to show up to the front desk to check me in. Breakfast in the morning was absolutely awful.

The staff here were amazing to deal with. My first room was excellent & check in was easy. This room was spacious, clean, & was easy to get to. The only bad part is the surrounding neighborhood could use a little TLC. Further there really aren't any restaurants close by. However, do NOT take this as being unsafe or bad. More along the lines of not real convenient is all. Because of a flight cancelation I had to book another room. The person working the front desk was AWESOME ! & knew exactly what I was looking for. This second room was smaller(1 queen bed instead of 2 ). than the first, but still quite spacious. Depending on the occasion I would for sure stay here again. Great stay, but the breakfast lacked a lot of regular items, such as bread or bagels.

It is a perfect place to stay , very clean. The point that they need to improve is to provide of blankets in the rooms , but i love it

My T.V didn't work i asked for help the manager was not around the person at desk didn't know nothing couldn't have other room they need a assistant manager

The hotel was close to our concert but would not recommend it for another stay, room was not very clean and amenities were lacking. It was too much to pay for what we received.

Ac wouldn't cool the room. Told manager he made excuses and couldn't fix it. He said they had no other rooms available so we had to try to sleep in a hot room. Hotel had no fans. Room phone didn't work. Bath tub did not drain properly. Would not recommend

My stay was amazing costumer service was excellent the hotel was clean and breakfast was good.Staff was professional and helpful.I rate this hotel as a five star and I will definitely come back.
