西公園西南高速公路舒適酒店及套房(Comfort Inn & Suites Southwest Freeway at Westpark)

我很喜歡我的住宿體驗，我的房間設施齊全，每天都會進行清潔，他們還有一個商務中心，這是我住宿期間最重要的事情。他們唯一需要改進的是走廊上的氣味，但一切都很乾淨

This is NOT IN THE GALLERIA..This property was very unsafe. This property was very dirty and unkept. Also I brought this to the were Very Offended by this period so offended, they start calling me names. And make me feel very uncomfortable for the horrible conditions they provided. So unprofessional and rude....however this place is not in The Galleria

The property looked well kept but it was hot in the halls and main areas. Only the rooms were comfortable. I have MS and thought I was going to be sick in the elevator from the heat. It should not be 80 degrees in the elevator and common areas. My room was not ready at 4 pm. Check in is at 3 pm. I had to leave, eat and come back. That was an issue because I am on vacation and had all of my belongings visibly in the car. I have a mobility scooter taking up most of the trunk, so I am unable to hide anything. So when you go for a room, it should be ready. Then on the second day, I was locked out of my room. Supposedly you have to activate your key card daily. No one told me. So I had to come back down stairs on the hot elevator and having to use the restroom, to get my key card fixed to go back to my room.

Booked for family member. Called to speak to guest and was told the hotel was too old to have phone lines that received calls?? Elevator was out so had to walk up and down to fourth floor then at 130 am when she went outside and came in her key didn’t work and was told there was an issue with orbitz payment and works not be allowed back in room? What??

The pictures looked much nicer than reality. The room smelled extremely musty and the bathroom had hair and gunk in the sink and on the floors. We canceled our reservation and checked out five minutes after arriving. The front desk worker was incredibly rude and became argumentative when we told him the room was dirty and he didn’t want to refund us. We ended up at the Holiday Inn Express five minutes down the road and it was a fantastic experience. Stay away from Comfort Inn.

Don't stay here unless you like musty rooms and hallways with roaches (i killed 4 in 2 days). I've stayed at several comfort suites that were great for the price. This place was terrible.
