休斯頓威洛布魯克拉昆塔温德姆套房酒店(La Quinta by Wyndham Houston Willowbrook Vintage Park)

I only stayed at the property for the indoor pool & hot tub and breakfast. The hot tub and pool were down, they were working on an electrical issue, so it wasn’t as if it’s been down for months. The breakfast apparently is over at 9am. My teenager sleeps in, so that didn’t workout. The staff still hooked me up with some left overs. I’m not sure the breakfast was worth it anyways. We went to the Costco nearby and got early lunch. The facilities were clean and staff was helpful. It was much nicer than I anticipated.

It is difficult to enter and exit the premises with ongoing construction. There is no other exit also which is a safety concern. There is also no provision if one wakes up late. one will be added another day’s worth? Otherwise, the facade is lovely.

Checked in at 1 am and the front desk staff was particularly unkind and obnoxious. Not something that I was looking forward to after a long day of complex travel.

The hotel was nice and clean. My complaint is the pillows went flat and no blanket just a thin sheet. The air conditioning work wonder but it sure was cold with the thin sheets provided. We loved the shower with all the extra shower heads.

Poorly maintained, watched by staff member during breakfast service which said “no take food out of dinning room” repeatedly - fyi there’s dozens of signs posted in English and Spanish. Unsafe- returned to the hotel after midnight, the main entrance doors were locked and my key did not work at the side entrances. It was a nightmare.

Staff was friendly & helpful. Cabinets in the hotel room were old & chipped, and some of the grout in the tiles were coming apart and my husband stubbed his toe on a tile that came up. Biggest disappointment though was the breakfast bar. I wish we would’ve known it was so heavily regulated so we could’ve booked with a different hotel. We weren’t allowed to leave the breakfast area to bring our food to our room, and we weren’t allowed to go sit outside. The food was bland as well. And we had to present ‘coupons’ to show we were allowed to get breakfast. It was all very disappointing.

listing said it was vintage area but it's actually Willowbrook across the Willowbrook malls or behind the office Depot plaza. everything is near by so it's convenient Indoor pool as well

Stay was not good. Breakfast lady is rude like she’s paying for that food. You can’t take it to your room and they don’t have a on the go breakfast. Room was updated with no extra blankets, towels if its a family room for up to 6 people it should have that extra stuff no iron no extra bags for garbage nothing. TV did not work pool did not have towels to use. Overall this is not a good place to stay. The only reason I booked was for the indoor pool that we wanted to use since the weather was going to be cold. I would not be staying at another La Quinta property.There is better hotels for the price I payed.

The property is located in a great area, was very clean and the rooms were a nice sized. The front desk night shift and morning shift staff were great! Breakfast was great and delicious and offered a variety. Parking was good. I had no issues. I will gladly return!
