我在網上預訂了我的住宿。當我到達辦理入住手續時，店員通知我預訂的是 2 個房間，而我只預訂了 1 個房間。當店員解決問題時，我得到了一個沒有打掃過的房間。店員檢查了另一個房間，也沒有打掃乾淨。我不得不等待將近一個小時才能找到一個我什至不想要的房間。我預訂了一間單人特大號床間，最後得到了一間雙人大號床間。我很不滿意。我仍然沒有收到我的押金或雙重收費的任何退款。即使我已經支付了在線住宿費用，店員仍再次向我收費。一點都不開心。很差。

Need more breakfast services, good location and others for business travelers.

Theft sketchy location and establishment This was my worst travel experience by far. If you are planning a trip to Houston, stay clear of this general area and establishment. This place seemed very sketchy to begin with and felt very unsafe. Despite having a supposed "security system", there was a theft incident on my vehicle. We had both catalytic converters stolen. We filed a police report and spoke to officers, and when officers asked front desk staff if they could pull video camera evidence, police officers were told by the man working at the desk at the time that the hotel was unable to obtain a recording of the incident. Our second issue was our key card would never work and we would continuously have to go to the front desk in order to have our key card reactivated. The rooms are also not very clean, with bad odors, stains on furniture, bathroom, and carpet. This place was also very loud. You could hear people screaming and running through hallways, slamming doors, and staff/maintenance working through hallways. Again, if you are in search of a place to stay, be warned and stay vigilant if you do decide to stay at this location.

I booked a king bed and upon arrival the hotel notified me there were no kings and wanted to charge me an extra $10 for a 2 bed room...a first to me as I expected them to give me a 2 bed for the same price if they could not give me what I booked...they then gave me a 2 bed room for the same price my being a repetitive customer...

Very poor attitude from a young man working the front desk. Gave us a room in which the tv did not work and didn’t want to change my room. Was very sarcastic saying the maintenance guy would fix it the next day knowing I was checking out. Ac did not throw cold air out even tho we put it in the 60s. A very bad experience in general, we will not be coming back.

Check-in was fairly straightforward and quick, although I had to get the desk person from outside of building; person talking on phone. Room 118 had zero trash cans. On the last morning at 7:45am, had started going into bathroom, which is closest to the door. Someone had an entry card and almost came into the room. The only thing that prevented full entry is that the door's secondary security latch was engaged. Later, as I checked out, I asked the desk person what time 'maid' service starts cleaning the rooms. She said after 12:00 noon. I told the person about what happened. Probably nothing will be done about it.

La atención por parte de las mujeres en front desk fue amable, no así la de un hombre. El cuarto se entregó muy limpio pero fue una sorpresa que no se hace el aseo diario, sino cada tres días. Nunca nos había pasado, no sé si es política post pandemia o están escasos de personal. No hay caja de seguridad y la puerta del closet no funcionaba. No estuvo tan mal pero no volvería definitivamente.
