I informed of a late check in and they were cordial about it. Once we arrived they were waiting and courteous. The room was clean, bed was uncomfortable but ok. Ask for towels to be replaced and housekeeping had not come in to do anything but the front desk did provide with no hesitation. Check out was smooth. We will use them again.

This property was really nice clean and taken care of. The owners were super friendly nice and helpful.
The only issue i had was maybe different lamp type would be better above the beds so it doesn’t bother your eyes too much maybe like a not a hanging one but the ones that look up

This hotel was surprisingly nice for the price in the area. It’s a no frills type of place for people that travel often and are used to making a few compromises from the normal expectations.

The room was clean. The bath tub was dangerously slippery. We didn't have a shower curtain. The pillows were just terrible. The people were kind.

The ice machine was broke. No wash clothes in bathroom. Water in shower was barely warm. Only coffee in the lobby and not until 7am. But the bed was very comfortable.

Had issue with no hot water in bathroom clerk said it was because he was in shower and orher tenants were taking showers!!! I doubt it.. No fresh creamer it was hard and crumbly no ice machine. No free breakfast. I'd like to get my money back!
