休斯頓市中心萬豪AC酒店(AC Hotel Houston Downtown)

酒店就在市中心一切的中心，這很好。他們沒有為我們預訂大小合適的房間，而是給了我們 2 張雙人床而不是一張特大床，並且由於已訂滿而無法修復（旁邊使用的房間有一張特大床並且空着）。它建於 2019 年，所以一切都很好並且跟上了。離開時代客花了一個小時才取到我的車，所以我的建議是不要等到退房時間才離開，除非你衹是想等更長時間。工作人員非常友好！我會再次預訂。

The walls were thin, heard every door close and people talking throughout the night. The front desk confirmed my late check out option for 12 and did not confirm it on their end. I had room service checking in on me every 30 mins to make sure I was out, I have never felt so rushed to leave a room in the morning. I was notified upon checking out that the front desk agent who checked me in didn’t confirm the late checkout status. Meanwhile I was the one who had to pay for it with RoomService on my back wondering why I’m not out of the room yet. Not at all impressed with this hiccup Marriot.

We did not get to check in till 10pm, they had a list a mile long of people waiting for the same thing due to only having one cleaning lady. So noisy at night time. Hot water was not anywhere close to being hot, luke warm at best. No parking at the hotel so you had to Valet which was $45 and then had to wait an hour to get our car the next morning. Clearly the hotel is way under staffed. Will never stay here again or recommend to anyone. Worst hotel experience in a very long time

Great property. Everything was clean. Service in bar/restaurant wasn’t the best, but it was the man’s first time ever working in the bar and he was alone. The meatballs were still frozen on the inside and they forgot our rice balls. By the time they brought them out, we had to leave to get to our scheduled show. Otherwise, everything went well.

Hotel was nice but Check out time rubbed me the wrong way. At 11 on the dot housekeeping knocked once then opened the door we were grabbing our bags and she said ITS 11 CHECK OUT TIME IM TRYING TO GO HOME TOO. I told front desk they didn’t care and a manager was supposed to call me but hasn’t

Las instalaciones en general son muy buenas, tiene un diseño muy bonito y elegante y las habitaciones estan limpias y son modernas. Hay que tomar en cuenta que justo en frente pasa el metro, lo cual puede ser muy conveniente para la movilidad a sitios cercanos, sin embargo las personas con sueño ligero pueden encontrarlo molesto durante la noche o a horas muy tempranas de la mañana. El servicio de las personas de la recepción podria ser mejor, para poner un ejemplo, al momento de llegar dejamos el carro con el valet, sin embargo no pudimos pagar via mensaje de texto por que nuestro numero es extranjero, por lo cual los chicos del valet nos comentaron que podíamos pagar en recepción y que cuando necesitaramos el auto, solo llamaramos a recepción y ellos nos ayudarian; al dia siguiente cuando pedimos el auto, la persona de recepcion nos comento que ella no podia ayudarnos y necesitabamos bajar directamente al valet para pedir nuestro carro.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Love the inclusion of a mini fridge and comp bottled water. Restaurant menu items are overpriced and quality of food was lacking (food over-cooked and bun was so dried out to the point it was not edible).
