Nettes Team, guter Service, lecker Essen mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Tolles Frühstück mit Brötchen vom Bäcker!!! (bitte nicht verändern).

Tolles Hotel! Übernachte sehr gerne dort, wenn ich in der Nähe bin!

We stayed here a couple of years ago and enjoyed it. This time we were unable to book a Parkside room, instead a Comfort room. The room was in desperate need of renovation. The surfaces were marked, the paint on the doorways was chipped. The decor was stuck in the 90s. The lighting was peculiar. The light for the bathroom automatically turned on the light in the entrance. Thus waking up the other person in the middle of the night. The breakfast last time was excellent. Now reduced to the very basics. Such a shame.

This is a lovely friendly hotel. Brilliant location for the train station and just a few minutes walk to the shops and restaurants. Room was lovely, comfortable bed and very clean. Breakfast was in a lovely room overlooking the garden. Food very fresh and plentiful. Will definitely be back - thank you

Nice, clean Hotel. Small problem at checkout, but the invoice was send per email to my company so worked out. Food and drinks - excellent.

Wir sind hier zu unserer Emsradtour gestartet und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer sind zwar schon älter, leider zum Süden hin auch sehr aufgeheizt. Aber sauber und ordentlich. ( die Kopfkissen sollten dringend ausgetauscht werden, sie sind klumpig und zu dick) Der Biergarten ist wunderschön angelegt und man kann dort hervorragend essen. Der Service für Radfahrer ist sehr gut, es gab eine große abschließbare Garage für unsere Räder. Der Emsradweg ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt.

Es gab einige Nachteile, unter anderem, die Netzwerk Verbindung ist miserabel. Es besteht nur im Erdgeschoss ein stabiles Netz zur Verfügung. Des Weiteren, für einen mit Rückenproblemen geplagten Menschen, sind die Matratzen zu weich. Leider konnte auf mein Anliegen ( Management ) nichts daran geändert werden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft wo es geht. Leider war der Fitnessbereich außer Betrieb.
