The staff was welcoming and very friendly! I wish I got her name, but she worked the front desk on the weekend. She was wonderful and very helpful during our stay! The only concern we had was the elevator as it seems to be in need of repair.

The motel was overbooked and we didn't get to stay there. We received an email 10 minutes before our arrival stating they were overbooked and we were moved to a motel on the other side of Green Bay. The motel we were moved to was a Super 8 and not very nice along with being in a poor location for attending a Packers game.

First, the positive - friendly desk staff; 24-hour hot tub/pool area was appreciated; breakfast had good options; room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Needs improvement - the floor in the pool area was really dirty; the elevator was also dirty; the breakfast area set-up was very inefficient for more than one guest at a time, with the waffle makers tucked into a corner with the microwave as well as the rack containing plates, napkins, silverware. Only one person at a time could get to any of those things.

Employees were very pleasant and helpful. Entire property was clean and updated. Breakfast had several options. Overall great place to stay!

Property was clean and the gentleman checking us in was friendly. There was nothing overly special about it but I would stay there again.

Room thermostat did not work, room was uncomfortably warm. Contacted front desk who offered no help or resolution. She said she'd contact the manager and get back to me but I never heard back. Also, the comforter had multiple stains on it. There was a stand for a microwave but no microwave in it.

This was the worst hotel stay we have ever had. The rooms were supposed to be ready by 1:00 (phone confirmation). When we got there to check in they were not, so we waited until almost 4:30 for our room. When making the reservation we asked to have roll out beds for three different rooms, the response was "no problem". When we got there there were no roll out beds. We asked for multiple blankets and pillows so we could sleep on the floor. The front desk lady said she would bring them right up. At 10:30 p.m. I went down to the front desk and asked when they would be brought up, thankfully there was another person behind the counter that helped with getting them. Breakfast was a joke! NO pastries, no coffee, processed eggs... Will never stay at this hotel again!!!

Rooms were dirty not cleaned. Had to move rooms twice due to cleanliness. I was also at the desk when another customer had to ask for a different room due to cleanliness. The staff was friendly, but it does not make up for the lack of cleaning in the hotel.
