Very clean. Location also very good near airport.

The team, hospitality tops their beautiful interiors and scenery at Hubbali. It’s walking distance from the airport, very well connected to most places but their beautiful staff is what had me feel so comfortable Heena at my room service was so kind, she was observant and did her job impeccably. She’s always smiling and helpful which really helps start the day beautfiully Aslam and Arjun at front desk are the best. They’re on top of things, always there to receive and guide and often go out of their way to comfort all guests equally well. They have the toughest job but they’re always smiling, attentive and keen to help which is very generous Richard and Arjun were around to help me with local arrangements ; plan itenerary and help with anything the hotel could support with The food is also SO good - they’re great quality ingredients held by Chef A***, Majhi would be serving me mostly, Shashank too, but they’re all just the best team put together So grateful for them - the effort it could take to recieve and farewell with the same enthusiasm should not be taken for granted

It is located opposite the airport, but a little in the interiors if you are traveling via road from Mumbai to Bangalore. The rooms are decent and clean. They have comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The service at the hotel is fine. The breakfast buffet is a bit limited. There are a few Indian and continental options, but there is not much variety. It is worth mentioning that a lot of high profile people stay at this hotel.

Service in the hotel is excellent specially restorent guys are very friendly. I do remember the names or guys Mr. Roni , philu , ***oj, abhinas they are really very helpful and polite. Hotel staff Mr. Abhi***yu also very nice person.

Was served some brilliant Chinese food on two occasions , this week by Joshal at their new restaurant, Rainbow . Hats off to Chef Gautam for consistency in taste . The pricing too is fair and the portions are perfect for two . This was probably the best meal that I have had in Some time

Hospitality is good and staff Aslam was very good to make arrangements or any need required. Immediately attending issue and resolving issue. Pool was good ,big Hospitality. Near to airport walkable distance.

The property is in superb shape. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help. The food was very good. My only comment is regarding the breakfast. I was told that the breakfast was complimentary. However, when I was ready to checkout I was charged Rs 500 for the breakfast. When I questioned, I did not get a satisfactory response. I should not have been given incorrect information. That aside, I still think this is a very good hotel overall.

The property is well-designed with very nice fixtures. All the systems worked as expected. The staff was courteous and well-trained. Enjoyed our stay. Kudos to the team
