Our 205 room wasn’t clean, the counter top was dirty, the plug in for the kitchen sink was stinky and filthy it was gross to look at, I took out the the sink, put it on top of the refrigerator and cover it with paper towel, we ask to be relocated to another room, we wasn’t, we had to wipe down the counter and the carpet was dirty, microwave was dirty it had food stains and crumbs inside, we found a live roach in the bathroom. I’m a pasture and We flew in from Arizona my wife and I fill we waisted our money and our time. We normally stay at Staybridge because we love the hotel, but we’ll never stay at that Staybridge again

Adecuada

The pool was dirty every day - no shade by pool for families with young children. Front desk people were extremely rude. The so called suites here are absolutely tiny with only a full size bed - not a queen like I was told by calling before booking. Overall, will never be staying here again.

Didnt stay at the hotel that i paid for. The room that i paid for was fully booked and full. No rooms were available. I need a refund back for the room that i didnt stay in.

Rooms full and refund issues

One of the worst hotel experiences. The beds were very uncomfortable for everyone in the family. I slept on a sofa bed - it was a cheap, low-quality spring bed, probably several years old and never replaced. I'm still suffering from the back pain I picked up during the stay. I regret staying in this cheap hotel.
