位於安靜的小巷內，民宿主人非常熱情。 隔壁的巷子內有許多好吃的傳統小食。 傳統老房子，沒有電梯，距離酒吧街很近。

Solo traveller, spend 4 night there. Eva is really pleasant to communicate with, rented a bike there too, was convenient. Location is not bad, right in the center and has shops and restaurants nearby, also Eva gave good recommendations. Liked that there was a proper table to work on. But to be honest - on pictures it for sure looks better than in reality, will add some details, nothing critical but still. There is no views from window at all, all go to a nearest building. Also it's inconsistent - all rooms look different from each other, and have different amenities, for example in my room there was a huge closet, which to be honest is useless and takes a big portion of already small room, other rooms doesn't have a proper table. I attached a picture of one of other rooms. Everything is really old-looking too, furniture, toiled appliances.. For 4 nights I was there - there was no cleaning whatsoever, at all. Also it's mostly cold-light in the rooms, feels like you are in office, no homey feeling... Also having some ants waking around on the table sometimes and who even bite me - not too pleasant.. So it's not bad, but definitely can be improved.

非常細心，有任何需要都會照顧到。非常正確和乾淨。我們的房間還沒準備好，在幾個小時的旅行後為我們提供了淋浴和更衣的空間。位置很好，步行去哪裡都可以。

我們只在這裡住了一晚。一位女士非常友好和樂於助人。儘管我們沒有太多需要幫助的地方，但她每次見到她都會問我們是否需要幫助。我們要了一條浴巾，因為房間裡只有一條可供兩人使用的浴巾。他們似乎提供旅遊服務，因此可以為您安排。我們選擇這裡是因為這是*****最便宜的優惠之一。我認為這對服務來說很划算。她一次又一次地要求我在 TripAdvisor 上寫文章，所以這就是我能為她做的。

我們在伊娃酒店住了兩晚，還會再來的。房間非常乾淨，空調運作良好。她非常友好，而且很容易溝通，因為她的英語很好。她給我們推薦了去哪裡吃飯和參觀什麼地方。總的來說，這是一個很棒的寄宿家庭，我們強烈推薦您也住在那裡。

Eva Homestay 感覺就像是被朋友或家人接待一樣。伊娃（Eva）總是很友好，並且非常樂於助人，為您提供有關順化（Hue）的建議。她還為我安排了可靠的摩托車司機。我的房間乾淨舒適，我對我的住宿非常滿意。氣氛很好，而且這個地方靠近順化市中心的所有餐廳和商店！

Complimentary Breakfast hopeless. Lot of mites on the bed and Blanket. Mosquito menace.Poor Ambience. One man show. Bad hospitality. Hotels are far off to get some food of your choice. Not worth for the amount we paid

No elevator. I booked 3 rooms (2 rooms for 5 days, 1 room for 2 days, 2 persons per room). The first question the owner asked me (Do you want to upgrade? Upgrade for what? Lower level-for how much? Bla bla bla…or you can take one bigger room at lower level in exchange for 2 rooms you booked, the prices I (the owner) posted on ******* was years ago, now they are much higher, bla,bla,…I do not want to continue the conversation,etc.

This is a five star review for a two night stay. You must consider hotel cost when rating the Eva. It was half the price of all of our other stays in Vietnam. Room: bed a little hard but this tracks with Vietnamese hotel bed standards. Fridge did not work. There is no safe in room. The air conditioner is incredibly strong and can be left on even when you leave the room which is important as we were leaving and coming back frequently due to the heat. I wish they provided hair conditioner as only one packet of 3-in-1 was given. For the price this room was exceptional. Service: we rented a motorbike for the same cost as at other rental places yet felt safe knowing it is the owners own bike and not through a third party. There was no issue with it, and I feel she would have been good to deal with if there was any damage which cannot always be said of independent renters of bikes. Overall would stay again if looking to save money as this is a great deal. At this price all I expect is a clean room with a decent bed, strong AC, and a working shower.

I stayed 3 nights at Eva and it was perfect. The room was clean and comfy. Eva was very friendly and she is a very, very nice person. She was willing to help me with information on what to do in Hue. She and her family are so nice (her brother helped me with the local transport). Her hotel is close to Citadel, close to Pagoda and close to Perfume River. I want to mention that Eva speaks English very well so we didn't have problems with language. Because I travelled alone, Eva took care of me all 3 days and she arranged a taxi transport to Hue airport. Eva was so responsive to my messages and although she doesn't serve breakfast, she made an exception for me. She is enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and an adorable person (if I would go back to Hue, I know where I will stay!). Thank you Eva for making my trip so wonderful.
