For price and quality,they definitely passed my expectations. Nice welcoming, clean bed and shower, good air conditioning ( even little noisy). I just stayed for quick stopover in Houston and didn't rent a car. There is 3 mall next and.behind it. You can just walk 5 minutes for restaurants and less than 10 minutes walk to big mall for quick shopping ( brands such as Ross, Skechers....)

Where do I start , so first room smelled like pet urine second room no light bulbs no light only in bathroom and thank god 3rd room was ok for my short stay because I missed my flight do to Houston traffic but stay away from this place period they need new maintenance crew property is horrible

Room was clean & in great condition. Brusque & semi-indifferent attention at check in/ checkout was only problem (and a minor one at that). Everything else was good/great.

My wife and I checked in. The evening clerk took fifteen minutes looking at the reservation screen as though it was connected to the International Space Station. She finally found us….we signed in and we got our room on the second floor. But…the elevator broken, it’s door was jammed and made a loud buzzing noise. Carried bags up went to room and the room smelled something awful. Wi-fi wouldn’t connect and the toilet wouldn’t flush. We took our loss on the room and went across the street. GOOD LUCK!

I stay here occasionally and I have always had a good experience. Rooms are clean, parking has been good and it is quiet. I will continue to come 2x a year for dog shows.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. It’s close to the airport so a plus for me.

Be careful in this hotel. Some thieves scammed me out of a $50 deposit, which they say is refundable and they never returned it to me. Later, scammers do not give an answer.

The staff amazing, room was clean has a nice smell to it. It’s an older place needs minor thing’s done. But overall it was nice.
