梅爾維爾Homewood套房酒店(Homewood Suites by Hilton Long Island-Melville)

I had a fantastic stay. I do think that there was an opportunity at check-in for the person who check me into provide me with the room number when I asked instead of telling me to check the key because it would be on there. Additionally, the pillows are extremely soft and I ended up spraining my neck as a result of it. Even though I did ask for firm pillows the following day, they were still soft, as well as of poor quality. You could tell that they were washed a lot, and the cotton was in ball, and was barely able to sustain my head laying on it. I did like the room and renovations. I am not a fan of carpeting only because I know that it’s not being washed every time that he gets checks out. At one point the elevator didn’t work, and there was no sign to let us know that it was out of service. So being a good citizen, I went to the Deas to let them know about it, and I was told that they were aware, and that it was being worked on. I did like that there was a Restaurant available in the next store hotel, and that there is breakfast served every morning. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend people to stay here again.

We were here last August. The place has deteriorated since then. Very tired. It was a hassle and a half to get extra towels and tissues for the room which had none. If you need to be in the area I suggest trying the Hilton Garden Inn in the same complex.

Room was filthy. We said something, but no one came to clean it. This was part of a much longer stay, and it took 4 days for them to come through the hallways with a vacuum to clean up the crushed chips and cookies that trailed down. The front desk truly did not care. I have seen this happening a lot with this particular chain over the past couple of years. They really need to step up and fix these issues. Also, no heat in lobby area. Hot breakfast did not make it to the table hot. The employees were wearing heavy coats and gloves...for our entire 7/8 day visit

Everything was great. Homewood Suites is our favorite hotel chain. The room was nice. the breakfast was a step above usual hotel fare. There was plenty of parking and the staff was friendly. The only flaw was the cleaning. When we checked into our room, there were two pieces of Dental floss on the bathroom floor. When they cleaned our room, the floss was gone off the bathroom floor but there was a piece of floss on the floor outside our door. Everything else seemed clean. Floss must be their kryptonite. We will stay there again because everything else was so good.

Our room had a wobbly leg on a dining chair, the dining table was very loose and wobbly, as well as an end table. I told the front desk and was very surprised how quickly maintenence showed up to fix the problem. Housekeeping did an amazing job. Our room was located on ground level right next to the exit door to the parking lot. We heard that door bang shut a lot, but that's to be expected.

First time here. Was a great experience. Room was clean and spacious. Couldn’t find a bucket for the ice but i was at peace and my company was comfortable. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Would definitely book another stay.

Great Value and good experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed comfortable. I would stay there again.

Very good spacious accommodation, convenient location. Kept clean and tidy inside and out. Good breakfast selection which varied each morning.
