La registracion de entrada fue muy rápido muy amable el lugar era limpio la habitación muy amplia y cómoda el desayuno magnífico ! 10puntos. Los alrededores también estaba limpios

Hotel is freshly renovated. Work was ongoing, but I didn’t have any issues with noise or disruption. Would stay again.

Bed pillows very un comfortable-- bed sheets had a hair on them .......bathroom had hair on sink and in shower . The fees should included pet and parking should not be charged .that way when check in no $100 additiomal fee ..plus paying 163 up front .could of stayed somewherw else for less expensive . So paying close to 300$ ,should have expecred more .

We stayed at the Embassy Suites for one night, since it has a skywalk to the civic center. We were there for a concert. The hotel was undergoing some renovations, but since we were there on a Saturday-Sunday stay, we didn't experience too much noise or anything. Check-in took a while. There was a realtor convention at the hotel, and there was a line. The desk staff worked as efficiently as possible, and the actual check-in process was swift. The room was nice. We appreciated the fridge and microwave. Everything was clean. The shower had good water pressure and the water got hot enough. There was a coffeemaker in the room, as well. The beds were comfortable, as were the pillows. We also liked having two televisions and the diving door between the bedroom and living room. The divider door really kept down the noise from people in the hallway. The only criticism I have is the breakfast, realizing I'm complaining about free. While a line for made to order eggs and omelettes is great, it would be nice for the main hot bar to offer breakfast meats, as well, so guests don't have to stand in line just to get some bacon or sausage with their eggs. The quality of the food on the bar was also good. The only other suggestion I'd make is that charging $16 to self-park in an uncovered lot, when the rooms are already $230, is pricey. If valet parking was offered for that price, OK. But this was self-park. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Receptionist who checked me in told me I had a room away from the elevators after being told to wait 30 min. for the room to be ready and get back on line for my key. Went to my room and it was directly in front of the elevator. Same receptionist told me there was nothing she could do and she was rude. Bathroom sink was clogged and wouldn't drain, hair and dirt on my bed. The night front desk person had to come and change the bedding. She took her own pictures and said she would report it to house keeping. I was only here for one night and it was a terrible experience. Only good thing was breakfast and the night front desk person who changed my bedding. She was kind and understanding.

Was not aware of all construction. Also we had no water for the entire day when we first arrived. Were charged $16 to park in gated area but gate did not work so we had to park out front.

This place just feels so different than other hotels I've stayed at. Getting a bag of snacks and water bottles when arriving was a very nice surprise. First time I've ever had a place that was a two room setup.

The property itself and the room was absolutely perfect, it was the check in process that was unpleasant. My wife and I needed to check into the hotel early because we had an event at 4 and that’s when the check in time was, so I called twice in the morning to which I got no answer, and even tried to contact customer service on the website which was no help whatsoever. Got to the hotel at 2:30 and was told by the manager that no rooms were available and they would get with house cleaning. My wife goes back in about 15 minutes to check on the status and see if there’s anything else we can do, to which the front desk associate was rude the entire interaction. She asked to speak to the manager which ended up getting us a room and gave us free drink passes. I’m very thankful for the manager letting us check in early and being accommodating but the rudeness of the front desk associate from check in and check out just left a bad taste in my mouth.

Embassy Suites never lets me down. Excellent bed linens, spotless room. Current Huntsville location is undergoing construction and getting FROM hotel on space walk to the Concert Hall at Von Braun had NO signage and we had no idea how to get there. Breakfast was yummy as always.
