Stayed as 2 families in 2 different room which were both superior lagoon view rooms which is exactly what we got and they were both cleaned to a high standard when we arrived and daily. The cleaners work very hard all over the resort as we found the whole resort clean, the beach was clean also and bins to put your rubbish in everywhere. Also beds very comfortable. Every member of staff works extremely hard. The service was definitely 5star. The pools were great and animation good. Food was very good although sometimes repetitive but always found something to eat. Some of the other guests I found rude but that is no fault of the hotel. They was many activities to do around the hotel. We were the only people there from the uk so the language barrier was difficult on times. Alot of the staff could not understand us but that was fine. The local spirits we did not like so we opted for the non alcoholic cocktails which were lovely. Also loved columbus coffee. This was our first time in hurghada and certainly would not be our last. This hotel was great for families with younger children from 13 and under. We would recommend this hotel and would come back. Tip: All the room blocks don't have lifts so if you have any disabilities they request a room on the ground floor.
