I found my stay to be very comfortable . The rooms were very clean , staff very helpful and the morning breakfast was delicious . Highly recommend.

The room was extremely comfortable and the service friendly and attentive. I also found the breakfasts and dinner very good value not to mention delicious! Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hyderabad and it represents very good value for money. The location also suited me as it was near the metro station where I could jump on the train and go and see the cricket test match. An excellent choice for any traveller to Hyderabad!

The hotel was great. For the reasonable price they gave me excellent hospitality and wonderful room. The breakfast was big and various, the room was clean and comfortable the staff was kind and caring. I am really lucky to find this hotel as I came so far from Russia for a business trip to Hyderabad and experienced a wonderful stay there.

One of Worst Experience . Front office Manager is unfit and he is least bother abt the customer concern . He is Blindly arguing and throwing stones on the cusotmer. Hotel Is good but the Staff is Not Supportive and the Management need to take on top priority to make the necessary changes . If not Hotel will loose repeat clients

We stayed for a Client workshop, the hospitality, food quality and room service was amazing. They provided breakfast par to excellence. Anyone visits Hyderabad for a short trip and looking to stay in budget friendly cum great experience hotel then this is the palce

If you are in Hyderabad and looking for a lovely hotel with good value for money then Silver Cle is the place. Rooms are immaculately clean, linen is top quality and clean, staff attitude and their customer service is top of the world. Ravi Verma the hotel manager is amazing he os very professional and customer centric and he made our stay memorable. Overall this hotel is much better than few five star hotels in Hyderabad and this includes Taj Group properties. I am so happy to stay for three nights and I will definitely go back again. Breakfast buffet is complimentary and the dishes are very few but super delicious and a good variety. I would recommend adding a fresh juice to the buffet in the only comment I have. Another constructive feedback is to have some house rules, some guests are ver noisy especially when it is resting time at 12 midnight and 2 am where I need to wake up to address the issue with management. It is better to have some quiet floors for people who wants to rest at night. Overall silver Cle management is doing something right that this hotel is for the best so far. Being an auditor for hospitality standards and Nptth America and Europe I could not fault anything apart from few observations. Saikumar Baddi
