Best Western Plus Burlington Hotel

Good position near the train station .

Hotel was lovely. Staff were very helpful. Very clean. Perfect breakfast. We are going back soon with some friends. Would recommend it 100%

I stupidly double booked and they would not refund me. Then I asked to use the extra room as I was travelling with my adult son and they said that was not possible as the room had been registered as a no show. Perfectly good Hotel but they were unhelpful about the double booking and were not wanting to let us have the extra room even though i had paid for it- I let them know that was not going to happen and they reinstated our booking but it could have been handled so much better.

Slightly disappointed. Overall it was spoilt by little things. Hotel is amazing. Food was good but expensive. WiFi fiddly. Bath mixer in 359 needs looking at, it only does hot and we had to cool it with many mugfuls of cold water from the basin. My bed was uneven and I kept waking up on edge of the bed. Overall the room was cold even though the radiator was on, I noticed in the night that there was a distinctive cold draught blowing across the room. Would say again but not in that room.

The staff, all of them, were friendly, helpful, chatty, and could not do more. Unusual for every single staff member, but honestly was such a lovely stay.
