My and my wife's stay at the Lilygate was first-class from start to finish! The service and friendliness of the staff was excellent! The decor and presentation of the hotel was beautiful, with lots of African-inspired art work throughout! The food was amazing, well-presented and freely available at any time, including room service. We had breakfast include which was a seamless process to sign for everytime we ate. The rooms were beautifully presented and outfitted with all the basic amenities needed such as toiletries, a safe, fridge and also had a small balcony. There were some minor issues such as the air conditioning unit having some condensation which dripped but when told about this, the front desk staff explained what we needed to do (vent the room from time to time due to the humidity) and the problem was resolved. The hotel was very safe, with security staff at the main gates. The local area itself was very safe and well-outfitted as well with numerous grocery stores, restaurants and bars, hair salons and any other things you may need. The hotel also has a well-maintained pool and gym with an excellent personal trainer. There is also an outdoor bar and grill with great food and nightly entertainment which is first-class! I highly recommend staying at the Lilygate and definitely will be back!

My first time to stay at the Lilygate. I stayed for 5 nights and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff is very competent, attentive and cheerful. The manager is a lady named Chineri (sp) who was very pleasant and promptly attended to all requests. They have a well-appointed gym with weight machines and treadmills and an outdoor pool next to the restaurant, with a lounging area and poolside services. The rooms are adequate and well-maintained. I had a single room which was okay for my needs, but it would be a bit cramped for more than 1 or 2 people. It has a free breakfast buffet and has a full restaurant and bar. The Hotel was built in 2014 and still has a new feel to it. Its in Lekki Phase 1 not far from the Lekki-Ikoye bridge, and a very pleasant place to stay for a business trip. I recommend it.

Good day Morten, I trust you are keeping well. I have spent 3 weeks, over the month of September until the 5th of October, and thoroughly enjoyed the 3 stays at the Lilygate Hotel. From day one I found all your staff, from the reception/porters/restaurant /kitchen and housekeeping teams to be exceptionally professional, friendly and customer focused. Every request/question I had was greeted with a smile and no request was too much trouble for anyone, and to be greeted by your name everywhere is very pleasing. Your hotel employees are certainly a great example of how a hotel should be run and their customer care and focus has been fantastic, and certainly a positive indictment of yourself and the hotel management team. Thank you, and your team for making my stay away from home as pleasant and as comfortable as possible, I have really enjoyed my stay here and look forward to my next visit in early 2023. Hotel above the average in the area. One of the few accepting cards. They have multiple social areas. Only maintenance should improve (showers, a.c.)

The overall is good. Main problem was the room. The air conditioner was not working well and was also very noisy. They tried to fix it but still.

Construction noise every day and loud music every night. Shower would repeatedly flood bathroom.

This property is just ok. The staff was rude and unfriendly. They are just plain rude.
