H21 酒廊酒店式公寓(H21 Apartments & Lounge)

When I booked this room I was under the impression that there would be a complimentary breakfast and water. My first morning they brought me a breakfast but then came back to charge me because they had delivered it to the wrong room. No complimentary water. I went down to the lounge and they tried to double charge me for the 4 cocktails I had. Then there was a plate that broke as I set it on the table. No idea why . But now they’re saying I have to pay for it???????? Cookware leaves a lot to be desired. People were friendly but I wouldn’t recommend staying here as they try to get every penny they can from you. And I almost forgot as I was sitting in the lounge , I had a rat run over my foot, straight into the kitchen. Wouldn’t advise eating here.

I live in Houston, Texas. USA, and I stayed at H21 Apar**ents during my vacation, and I have to say that they staff was very polite and helpful, and the rooms were clean and very appealing to the eye. The hotel has a restaurant and a Bar/Lounge area and the food was wonderful. They also provide room service if you wish to eat in your apar**ent. There is complimentary WIFI and free movies to watch for the in-house digital movie library. The rooms are in a bedroom and living room suite configuration so you can entertain guests in you room with enough seating space. There is also a confectionary bakery on the premises, so if you have a sweet tooth for cakes, this is the place to be.

Room was better then expected, staff friendly . Some mosquitos but liveable

I like that the staff was very very friendly and greeted me and my party every time whether coming or leaving. Property was clean and safe.

Easy check-in... Kitchenette and mircowave nice Wifi spotty Friendly staff

I like everything about my stay, the staff, communication was great.
