Everything was perfect, close to the beach, stuff was friendly and helpful, nice room and vibes

Ho soggiornato in questo albergo e ne sono rimasto soddisfatto. Avevo già soggiornato al Cubanito ed al Gran Paradiso, tutti bellissimi. Camera bella, pulizia impeccabile. Il bagno era OK con un bel lavandino in pietra e la doccia aveva un getto ottimo. Piscina piccolina, ma hai accesso a tutti gli altri hotel della catena e ai loro servizi. Un grande ringraziamento a Noelia, la ragazza del bar, sempre disponibile e gentile. 10+!

la mia recensione fa riferimento al soggiorno effettuato dal giorno otto al giorno 11 agosto.la struttura molto caratteristica presenta alcuni punti di forza come il parcheggio totalmente gratuito per i clienti.le aree comuni sono ben arredate e in quei giorni anche sottoposte ad una “rinfrescata“ in quanto le stavano dipingendo nuovamente.lo staff è molto cordiale, professionale e bendisposto alla risoluzione dei problemi dei clienti.la grave pecca di questa struttura è rappresentata dall’impresa di pulizie, quando sono giunta in camera ho trovato: capelli sulle lenzuola del letto, federe sporche di rossetto e mascara, la cornetta del telefono accanto a letto completamente unta (probabilmente era fondotinta, spero), il pavimento si presentava pieno di polvere e peli.chiamo in Snapchat e subito mi mandano due ditte, che mi cambiano le lenzuola e le federe e per quanto concerne il pavimento utilizzano uno Swiffer completamente sporco, che piuttosto che attirare la polvere ne aggiungeva altra.il bagno, dalla pulizia carente.il letto in pelle, spellato. Andrebbe fatta una ristrutturazione delle camere ed andrebbe prestata maggiore attenzione alla pulizia, elemento fondamentale, soprattutto dal momento che l’hotel offre “Suite”. di seguito le foto delle addette alla pulizia il primo giorno in cui sono arrivata. Ad oggi, allo stato attuale, non ci tornerei.

We hebben alle 3 goed geslapen op de bedden ,wat uitzonderlijk is voor ons. Kamers waren voorzien van toffe badkamer ,werden goed schoongehouden. Personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk eten en cocktail fantastisch.

Je connaissais l'hôtel pour y avoir déjà hébergé. Je recommande particulièrement. Attention à la literie . Sinon le plus c est avoir accès au installation des autres hôtel s du même groupe.

The most fantastic week with my best friend. Cannot recommend this hotel enough, everything was perfect from start to finish. - private entry car park opposite the hotel free of charge for our hire care - super gorgeous hotel lobby, pool and rooms - breakfast was at dorado the sister hotel just a 5 minute walk we sat and ate breakfast everyday overlooking the beach and the sea. - staff were so accommodating to my dietary requirements vegan breakfast everyday, hash browns, beans, avocado, tomatoes, mushrooms, toast and fresh fruit salad. - super handy for going out taxi's were way cheaper than when we stayed in San an. Walking distance to ushuaia and hii ! - Marshall speaker in the room, smeg fridge and kettle, cute coffee machine with pods provided. - cocktail shaker in the room really nice touch we had lemon drop martinis on the balcony every night. Missing tropicana already, will definitely be returning for our annual ibiza trip from now on. 💗💗💗💗💗

Wonderful funky hotel in a perfect location just back from the main road. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Poolside bar was great with snacks available too. Also provide the option of using their sister hotel pools/bars situated next to the beach with sea views. Highly recommended 👌

Myself and 3 friends visited Tropicana Ibiza suites for 2 nights and absolutely loved it! Perfectly located - close to the airport and 10 minutes in a cab from Ibiza town. The decor is just fabulous - think 1930s Miami vibes with flamingos everywhere. Lovely staff, particularly the ladies on reception. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at Tropicana 3 years in a row. Its a cool hotel with a nice look and style. Rooms all look same, nice little suites. For a short dtay, what we had, it’s fine. On the downside, the noise level can be challenging. The aircon transports music from partying guests into all rooms. Sleep impossible, even if you‘re party proof. Unfortunately staff is barely helpful, if you require assistance in turning noise levels of respectless guests a bit down. Consider this, if you want to stay here.
