Me gustó mucho la cantidad de piscinas disponibles, el trato del personal, la comida del restaurante y bar, así como el desayuno variado. También fue muy positivo la diversidad de actividades para niños. Muy buen lugar para ir en familia.
Sugiero que cambien la calidad de colchonetas de las poltronas de las piscinas, así como las sillas que se usan para los shows o eventos (deberían ser más cómodas).

El ambiente excelente, ideal para viajes de familia, los niños se divierten mucho con las actividades programadas. Un aspecto a mejorar seria aclarar al huésped el tema de cobro por servicios al momento del check in.

Excelente atención, la comida muy buena. Lo único q no me gusto y q no es parte del hotel es el concesionario del tour, muy mala educada, casi siempre mirando su computadora ni nos miraba, ni nos dio muchos detalles del tour así q decidimos ir a la plaza de Armas y comprar los tours allá.

It is a great family hotel to go with kids. Beautiful grounds, many activities for children and teens, great food, and it has a sand dune right on the grounds to do sandboarding. We loved it!

Everything was perfect during our stay. The staff was kind and always available to help.
Plenty to do for the kids within the hotel and they also offer amazing options of activities outside the hotel.

Issues with the internet connection, nobody available to figure out the problem, I used my cell phone data for several hours.
No USB ports to charge your cellphones.
The staff did not tell you must pay for all water/soft drink bottles of the fridge.
The good think was the swimming pool, my daughter enjoyed it.
