The condo was very nice and clean. I would agree with all the other reviews, that I actually used to make my decision, except for the fact that, we were the only ones at the resort and I could get no communication with the property manager Heidi.

Property was great and the condo was stocked much better than others we have stayed at. Housekeeping forgot to unlock the third bedroom but the property manager responded very quickly!

Just returned from 5 nights with my daughter's family, staying at the Rockwood Resort. I am a retired travel agent. Location Location Location !!! Going to the amusement park? You don't want to sit in your car in a long line waiting to get to the park? This is the BEST location and the condo is everything they say it is. Clean and very well equipped with everything you need to stay at a place away from home. My three granddaughters did not want to leave. I would recommend this location for any family. We will be back.

Great place for large families or extended family. Large kitchen and bedrooms. Plenty of room for everyone. Great location right by the lake. Hot water heater had to be reset a couple times. AC froze up and had to be serviced. Even with this, staff gave us an extra free day to stay. I would definitely stay again.

Our stay was very nice. The condo was spacious & comfortable. Very easy to check in & out. Room was clean. Bathrooms were very spacious & nice with plenty of clean towels. We had a nice view of the lake. Balcony was a nice area. The only thing that was a bit annoying were the neighbors above us who let their kids run & stomp around to where our ceiling fans were shaking when they were in their condo. Other than that issue we would recommend staying here & next time we will be sure to stay on the 2nd floor so we can sleep at night without the stomping noise above us.
