SpringHill套房由萬豪酒店印第安納波利斯基石(SpringHill Suites Indianapolis Keystone)

Hotel combined together Residence Inn by Marriott and Springhill Suite by Marriott. Lobby for Springhill Suite was closed which is a major inconvenience. I like the updated room and bathrooms. Office work area was spacious and trundle bed was decent shape and condition. A/C worked well. There was a bar and lounge area with limited hours and free breakfast was mediocre.

Staff was FANTASTIC. Very comfortable room & bed. Shower & toilet area spotless. Lobby area clean.

Great location. Wonderful place to stay. Lovely breakfast. Lots of areas for small gatherings, meetings, etc.

The second room that you put me in, had several things that were broken.

Rooms were very clean, spacious, and the staff were friendly. Smart TV with your name on screen upon entrance. No complaints

Hotel is very new, clean, and nice. But the SpringHill lobby side of the combined SpringHill/Renaissance hotel is closed, making you go over to the other hotel for anything other than your room. The room is then a pretty long way from the desk. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room is laid out kind of strangely, with too much space in the huge bathroom, which leaves a weird arrangement for the rest of the room. TV is placed so only one chair can view TV easily, and it's difficult to look sideways enough to watch from the bed. Our biggest complaint, though, is that the hotel seems to have VERY low water pressure, making a shower a somewhat iffy proposition. Breakfast was good, with a decent selection of foods and drinks. Several good restaurants just off the parking lot, even though the hotel is in a business park area.

The staff was so friendly! We were in Indy for 3 nights and every day was so enjoyable. The breakfast was a nice selection. Of course you could always want more, but it was hot and fresh and free..lol. Also, the room was extremely nice. We are a family of 3, with one being a 2yr old, and we had plenty of space in our suite. And we were literally a 5 minute drive from EVERYTHING! Will definitely book this location again the next time we visit!

The hotel was clean. From parking, lobby to room and bathroom. Only thing, the bed was quite small to be a queen. But comfortable enough. Room was spacious too. The pool was also nice and clean. Breakfast was a plus for booking this hotel. Would recommend this and will come back next time.

Over all stay was great. Check in and front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. When I first got up to my room my room keys didn't work, so I had to walk back to the front desk where, instead of just giving me new keys and making me wait around, the facilities engineer at the time walk me back up to my room and opened the door for me and let me know that someone from the front desk would be back to drop off new keys that work. Within about 10 mins, there was a knock at the door and a staff person dropped off my keys and double checked that they worked. Then, I got a call from the facilities engineer to check if I received my new keys. Just superb service and service recovery. Their breakfast buffet was simple and delicious with a nice range of options. The only thing that would have made my stay perfect would have been a hot tub on the facility, but other than that, just a fantastic place to stay.
